I'm getting a male amstaff in a few weeks, he's only 6 weeks old at the moment and deposit has already been given. I'm so eager they are so adorable.

Very excited to find these!! One suggestion would be to put this series into its own playlist. It took quite a bit of digging thru various playlists to find the basic common command training videos. Regardless- you are wonderful with these babies!!! So beautiful to witness 😊

Love the teaching and training so Bently will be a good dog around people and other dogs. That's good work. Prefer the stock, floppy ears on my dogs though.

Awesome to see those video's, we just bought an amstaff from 16 weeks old 😅, a little bit late but never to old to learn it. How much time a day you spend with this boy? I've already learned a lot from those video's only i don't have 8 hours a day to practice 😅, i hope you can maybe give me some tips and trips for her. Already thank you!
It's never too late. You don't need to spend 8 hours a day training. Two lessons a day. 15-30 minutes per lesson is plenty. But more importantly, staying structured and discipled throughout the day. They are constantly learning throughout the day so you have to ask yourself what are you teaching or not teaching during those waking hours

Question? Are Amstaff/Bully mixes technically just Amstaff since bully is part Amstaff and do I go about training them like my regular Bullies?? Or should I create a more different schedule
I'm not a breed expert by any means. I know there are a lot of bully mixes out there made up of different ingredients so to speak. But regardless of whether it is a bulldog, amstaff, pitbull, or even a chihuahua they all train and learn the same way.
They’re not amstaffs since bullies have heavier bulldog in them and amstaffs have more terrier so it’s essentially a bulldog with a little bit of terrier in it

sex doesnt matter. for most people amstaffs are not a good choice as a first dog. depends on your and the dogs personality though. a good breeder will suggest something suitable for you from the litter or deny you buying any pup if the case may be

This is more like a bribery than awarding the dog.
Don't know if I follow what you're saying. I think it is purposefully 100% bribery to help shape behaviors. Not sure what you're trying to say.
The dog is getting awarded, rewarded and/or bribed to help shape behaviors. My suggestion is look at where the dog ends up a mere 3 weeks later at his final day of training video and let me know if there is still an issue with bribery or lack of "awarding". Furthermore, look at the one year later follow-up video and let me know where you see room for improvement on bribery vs awarding with this dog.

You say raw diet like it’s strange or incorrect. Why not use the movement to teach, obviously yourself, and everyone else, that it is THE correct diet? Why bother to train a dog that you don’t love enough to even feed correctly?

I'm trying to understand where you're coming from with your comments. They sound condescending. I am extremely familiar with the raw diet I feed my own dogs a raw diet for the last 10 years. I teach others how to feed their dogs raw. I agree that raw food is the best. It is, however, a little strange to use only raw food when doing food luring in training as it's very messy, expensive and time-consuming to prepare and doesn't fit with the needs of every owner. It's not my dog and I am feeding it exactly as the owner wanted it fed with raw food. You're going to turn people off with your choice of words I think. "Why bother" to come to my channel only to post negative comments. "Why not" be happy that I'm using raw food to lure a dog since you're obviously crazy about raw food. I don't know anybody else who does raw food luring and training. You're insinuating extremely incorrectly that I have an issue with raw food. I don't have an issue with raw food I only have an issue with people who come to my channel preaching to me. Very Bizarre!!! 😉😄
