- An unfortunate sequence of events leads to a naked Jules (Samuel L. Jackson) and Vincent (John Travolta) getting hosed down by The Wolf (Harvey Keitel) in the middle of Jimmie’s (Quentin Tarantino) backyard.

About Pulp Fiction:
Jules Winnfield and Vincent Vega are two hitmen out to retrieve a suitcase stolen from their employer, mob boss Marsellus Wallace. Wallace has also asked Vincent to take his wife Mia out a few days later when Wallace himself will be out of town. Butch Coolidge is an aging boxer who is paid by Wallace to lose his next fight. Honey Bunny and Pumpkin are a couple of young lovers and small time thieves who decide they need a change of venue. The lives of these seemingly unrelated people are woven together in a wildly entertaining and exhilarating motion picture adventure that both thrills and amuses.

Vincent just has no remorse for anything. Shot Marvin as if he'd dropped his drink on the floor, made a petty request to Wolf to ask him to say please, messing up someone else's hand towel with blood and then trying to justify his actions by Jules' clear frustration with him. John Travolta's performance was perfection. 👌

For any fans of the Matrix, notice Jules gets thrown a red towel and Vincent gets a blue one. This is 5 years before the Matrix comes out but I cannot help see the coincidence of Jules going through this religious revelation about the error of his ways and chooses to leave the life of a gangster (taking the red pill). Then Vincent, who at this point has been in denial about any importance of this event and wants to continue this line of work (taking the blue pill). He goes back to sleep and gets himself killed as a result

Did they shoot the travolta and Jackson scenes separately to the tarantino and keitel scenes (apart from the garage scene after the car has been cleaned). It doesn't look quite right, when the 4 of them have the conversation in the back yard. And when keitel is giving them directions on going to the junk yard, he's trying to act like he's looking them in the face but isn't quite looking at the right angle
