This video pre-dates social media. This principle is even more true today as useless tweets and Facebook posts dump more pebbles into our days than ever before--one of the reasons I fired Twitter and FB years ago.

I just fired FB a couple weeks ago. I got off Twitter almost as soon as I joined.

I don't know - I don't even get on social media during my workday, and STILL don't have enough time for it all!

Wonderful. My dad used to talk to me a lot about Stephen R. Covey, back in the 1990s, when I was a kid. Thanks for sharing this!!!!! Best regards from Colombia, South America.

I am an ant. I deal with the sand. Management's big rocks are not my priority. I can't even see them.

That's a poor job on the part of your manager. For everyone to be aligned, everyone has to know what they are working toward. How can a manager expect you to help reach the company objectives if you don't even know what the big rocks are? I wish you well.

@@j.frankparnell6195 The moron here is obviously you Frank. You were spoken to with respect, and you responded with contempt. You went from a potential 10, to an irredeemable 0 for at least one reader. Moron.
