I've had it for a month now and I threw a new strap on it. Wear it to work every other day.
It looks nice, but I chose the white dial version. The cream one looks like a watch that is trying a bit too hard to be vintage. The white one also looks vintage, but like a brand new vintage, if you know what I mean :) It's fabulous!
I just bought this exact watch on eBay for 130 bucks. I think for the money it’s a really great bargain. Orient is a subsidiary of Seiko and they make damn good watches. Can’t wait to get it later in the week.
orient is not a subsidiary of seiko, they are both are owned by the seiko group but operate independently
I bought it week ago, it is my first dreess and automatic watch. And I really love it.
Your strap is on point. I will buy it next time to replace the original strap. The original strap is really comfortable tho.

I love bambinos especially these generation 2 version 2 model. It is the best vintage looking watch for the price range. I have 6 inch wrist... Do you think I will get a proper fit??
There are many people with a 6 inch wrist that wear this piece no problem. I'm interested in checking out the new 36mm Bambino models that were released not too long ago.

The hands look black unless you happen to reflect light off of them, which this video actually failed to show. I have this exact same watch.

where did you buy your brown strap?
I bought the Gen 2 Ver 2 with creamy (yellow) dial and blue hands. I'm worried that it looks too old for me since I'm 27 years old. Am I too young to wear vintage-looking watches? I'm looking for comments on that.

That made me laugh! Sorry, not making fun of you. Vintage shouldn't be associated with old. Vintage actually means something that has retained "class" through the test of time. I say this watch gives you the perfect blend of mental maturity and an element of class without breaking the bank. Would you rather be taken lightly with a kidd-ish watch? :)

Zulk Mahmood Sorry I don't remember. Bought it so long ago on eBay. I know it was under the color name of Honey Brown leather. Hope this helps a little.

You must have very small wrists. That 40mm watch looks huge on you.

I really like the thickness of the piece which is mainly in the domed crystal. If I had my choice I would rather have a width of 38 mm on a dress watch. I guess it is all relative to your personal preference and wrist size.
I also prefer 38 but for such doomed cristal maybe it wouldn'as great as it is now. Just thinking 12mm is might be too thick. Unfortunatle can get only through oder.
I have average sized asian wrists. This watch has good presence yet it's not big at 40mm, readability, and slides well under the cuff of long sleeve shirts. I suggest try it in the metal first and I assure you, your brain will dismiss the dimensions. I have the rose gold black face version.
No! By no means! Buy it! Don't let some reviewers with small wrists tell you what to do. Trust me it's no big, I got surprised.

30 meters water resistance. Don't forget to take it off in the shower. Personally I would be more interested in a review of the knife.
