What is inside of HanRongDa HRD 747 ( Retekess TR110 is similar)receiver? The circuit board photos.
There is only one coil in the set,- the AM band ferrite antenna. All repection and signal processing is down by software and DSP and microprocessor.
There is one chip without marking what is possible an i4732 or similar.
On the last photo I marked with red the missing SM parts.I am not sure that thoe places are for different model version or just missing by bad manufacturing, causing the problems what I found in this receiver.

I've just bought one of these
It's a great little pocket radio for carrying if you are travelling light
But if I want a great sound, pulling in more channels and weight isn't such an issue I'll stick with my Tecsun PL660 which actually cost less
I may try a Tecsun PL 310ET for something in-between

@Robot-Santa I have both modells. In my case the FM/AM mode the 747 has a bit better sensivitty. E.G. in Am mode at the same station the dBu value 42/41, in FM mode 56/54. On SW the sensivity equal, but on SW in SSB mode the frequancy more accurate, in most of cases BFO correction not needed on Retekess while on HRD 747has -200...+600 Hz difference from nominal frequency.
