ISS SSTV - Expedition 66

ISS SSTV from Expedition 66, Series 19, received in central Pennsylvania (FN10) on December 29, 2021 at 09:48 UTC. This video shows how SSTV transmissions are received and decoded using MMSSTV, Icom-9700, M2 LEO pack, and SatPC32. The maximum elevation of the ISS on this pass was only 17.4°, so there is some noise on the second, best of three, picture due to the antennas pointing into an obstruction.
