I love how you collaborate with RK3, ATD, &KCDC to educate & utilize multiple coloring agents & techniques....I think cooperative effort is light years ahead of "proprietary secret" or competitive mentality. I just wanted to comment about how much I appreciate this way of doing business & providing content that's fresh & team oriented. It invites the home DIYer to be part of the epoxy family in a tangible and beautiful way! ❤️❤️❤️
Hola señor Mitch!!! Honestly I’m always amazed by the colors you do in every video and I don’t know what new colors to request so for now I’m totally satisfied with the beautiful colors and finish you always make in every project…Saludos!!!👋😊👋
OMG what perfect timing for me - I'm remodeling a master bathroom and the faucets I bought are ebony/dark brown with brushed gold accents and this will go perfectly well with that scheme. I've done a few different projects and love working with the product, but this really takes it up a notch! The plan is to make a counter top with sinks attached, either under counter or above, I haven't yet decided.
Wow! I love this! Do more colors! I've been following for a while, and I can't wait to actually try making my own countertop fabulous! ❤ thank you for showing what you all do!
I totally want to see more color combinations! We are getting really close to finally doing our windowsills which are concrete board. So they need to look GREAT! Also, I need to learn how to use a router to put that round edge on!
Q about MDF...but first...Thank you for all your training! I am getting excited to start my first Stone Coat over my butcher block island. I intend to do a rock face edge. What is the thinnest MDF would you recommend. Not a lot of room in my kitchen and want to widen the island countertop as least as possible. I do not want to go directly over the butcher block so building the MDF cover. Thank you again!
I DO want to see more colors, but what I really want to see is more vertical applications. Walls that isn't possible to lay down to complete. And, where can these be used! Outdoors on tabletops, fire tables, retainer walls.
When you guys are you guys are going to give us a demonstration of applying UTC with a cup sprayer using an air compressor so we don't have to if it doesn't work? I know you guys don't recommend it but I'm just damn curious!
Can this be done in summer in a humid climate like in PA or do I need to wait until fall? I have a/c, but the humidity has been crazy. What is the highest humidity % you recommend not surpassing? We have had days in the 50th % all the way to 80-90% humidity. I want to do my kitchen countertops, but at the right time.
I have uneven type 8 “ tiles with grout countertop currently. It goes over the edge and cabinets below. How can I prevent an uneven epoxy coat and dripping on the wood cabinets below How can I take a class
Mitch you mentioned 3oz per SF on that 2x3 or 6 SF board? Would that be 18oz? Is that total 9 of B and 9 of A ? That just looks like a lot more than 18oz and I can't read the amounts. Thanks
Please more colors in fact I would love for you guys to show us some NFL themed countertops. I'm not referring to using any kind of logos either. I just mean to use the colors associated to the team logos but mixed into a stone countertop look. For instance your natural earth tones kit with greens and golds/yellows added to make it Packers themed

You can never go wrong with more color options.
More fun colors! And more mixing of the different types of color media and how they fight each other. I’d like to understand that more.

This is GORGEOUS!
Amazing finish. Love it!
I want to see more large projects with design artwork and peel and stick tattoos images ( example; items cut from a Cricut machine)
More colors. And how about Mad Scientist sessions where you just throw colors together to see if it works?
I’m all about color
do you have any that is done on metal for tops ... ? 🙂
I would like to see a demo with primary color white, with gray and copper....this is the color combo my brother wants me to do his cabinet doors
What colors were the golds? One was a mica powder the other a paste…which was applied second?
More colors!!!
What do you use to disinfect the counter after without destroying the tops?
Yes more
What boards are you using for these projects?
What about the color shifting pigments they use on the @DipYourCar channel, could they be used with epoxy?

How much product did you use it looked like a lot more than 3 oz per sq ft ?

What product do you recommend for those of us that want shorter working times? Also that freakin topcoat is the bomb! Use RK3s method.
How strong is the odor, I don’t have a garage and too many bugs outside
I was surprised there was no set version shown as it does change
I would have added some thinner gold veins as well.
So if i understand correctly a 2x3 sample board you use 18oz of epoxy?

Would love new colors
You could blowdry the gold ;)
Dumbed it down for the DIYer hey Mitch :) I laughed quite heartily at being insulted so kindly
❤❤
Can some one tell me what is the alcohol for ?
It does a couple things but mainly to help pop bubbles but mitch was using it to create an effect in the color
💪👌👍
