Surprisingly there are no tutorials out there(yet) on how to create Scene Behaviors for the teleports. Which I found odd, and like Thanos said "Fine, I'll do it myself" A small shutout to @AxiumVTT as it covers additional functionality for the Scene Behaviors.
For all of these, both the multi layer and the regions, I can get them to teleport any tokens while I'm in my GM mode, but if I log in as a player and move them into the area nothing happens.

GM Needs to be on the active scene. Have the GM when testing active also, while using it from a browser.
