- All of my Jane Austen books!! (At least until my pre-orders come in!) I've been meaning to make this video since forever but I am a lazy goose. I hope you find some pretty, new-to-you Austen editions!

I loved this! I was just wondering about all the different editions and which one to treat myself with - this introduction was perfect, I really wanted to see inside the books and publishers seldom show that.

Beautiful collection! I have a few volumes in different collections !I did end up purchasing entire annotated editions,which I love to look at , but they’re super distracting to read! Thank you for sharing 😊🐾☺️

Lovely collection! I'm still building up my collection of various editions. I plan on having a full set in the Everyman's Library edition but have yet to get the Persuasion and Sandition ones in those editions.

wow what a collection! I'm looking to buy a set because I've never read them and have been wanting to... but so overwhelmingg with all the choices! one review on one set showed that hte fonts varied in that set - bigger print on some but tiny on others. I need readable and want something pretty and nice paper that feels good and looks good. I may make a trip to barnes and noble tomorrow and see what they have in-person

Thank you for your kind words! I would say it's not so much that it's difficult to read as that it's a different style of writing compared to modern texts. If you're hesitant, you can always try watching a movie adaptation before jumping into the book, which is actually what I did before reading Pride & Prejudice for the first time!
You have a good collection. Love the heirloom collection. Unfortunately it is very expensive in secondhand market.
Thank you, Mitali! I was really lucky to get it because it somehow came back in stock around the time I first discovered its existence. I'd definitely say keep your eye out because every now and then an edition you'd never expect to be able to get your hands on will become available at a price you're willing to pay!

Agreed! The LitJoy Classics editions of P&P, Jane Eyre, and Wuthering Heights are TOO pretty.
The Black Penguin Classics are very nice.

Is these books made of real leather
I believe only the Easton Press Peacock Edition is genuine leather!
