The guy singing Kylie's song turned into such a dark - almost obsessive - kind of song. That's true talent. He made it his own.
TOTALLY AGREE that he makes it his own!! F'n hottt! Back in the day, I danced to kylie's version more than I could name... If this version would be released in the US -- say at The White Party, it'd live for 2yrs minimum... Plus he is hot - tats, guns, beautiful face, and he sings like THIS: just the Total Package

I think badly of judges who block the person whose song the contestant is singing...very likely disappoints the singer and affects their experience on the show

Pretty sure the contestant is just happy to be part of the show. I've seen several people who have said they were set on one coach then change their mind when they have the chance to pick someone
Exactly I think the worst part is that they block that coach that is probably best for them.
It is part of the fun of the show. All coaches can help the singer be better.

I was listening to the second performance thinking, this sounds familiar. It wasn’t until the end where it came to me. It’s the same song from years ago on viral RUclips video (back when RUclips was independent). It had an ordinary guy wearing headphones jamming to the song.
Dragostea Din Tei by a Moldavian trio O-Zone was a huge hit when I was in middle school! Such a nostalgic song! So glad they released this new version, too! Greetings from Ukraine!
