I’m fine with blocks during the song because I personally find it funny and the US version only have one block so they have a chance of getting something maybe even better than the blocked artist, but after the song is done, blocking someone is just brutal

You shouldn't be able to block someone you haven't pushed for. In the first clip, Keith pushed first, he should be safe. In the original block introduction in the US version, you hit the block button to BOTH turn around AND block someone else. That was fair play.
You missed the infamous Kelly block by Blake for Katie Kadan. I wouldn't be surprised if Katie would have run the table with Kelly as her coach. The Kadanites are still salty about that!

The “block buttons” are unfair. Each contestant probably has a favorite judge that they hope will turn but when that judge does turn and gets blocked by another judge, the contestant is penalized. KC thinks she’s so funny when she blocks but look closer you’ll see the disappointment on the contestant’s face because they would have picked the judge who got blocked.
The worst version of block button are in Portugal and Australia, when the coaches block too way after the other coach shows his/her intention of give the talent. These are the real unfair thing, as Keith and Aurea showed at these moments.

But if they're really deserving and talented, it shouldn't matter what coach they have. All the coaches are on the show for a reason, so it's not like they're going to steer someone in the wrong direction even if their typical genre/voice/style doesn't match the talent perfectly.

In my opinion, they need to get rid of it. It’s nothing more than a silly marketing ploy used by the producers to boost their show’s TV ratings.

Why even HAVE blocking in the first place. The person they are penalizing is the contestant, not the judge. They are robbing the contestant of a choice of a judge.

I find the blocking of a coach by colleagues unfair to the talent.
