Try some Super Thoroseal buy in five gallon buckets or in 50 pound bags use it as soon as possible or keep in your house away from moisture. Follow directions and add water and Arcyl 60 to it.
Buy a big concrete brush with 4 inch handle then when I get it to a pancake mixture brush on the wall after you scrape the wall.
I put this stuff on 25 years ago and now in the process of scraping where moisture has gotten through. Only going over those areas.
    Good luck s

Stir with a big stick or buy a paddle on a drill.

Looks like your wet basement wall is from the window. I have the same issue in my basement. I had to install window well covers to stop the water infiltration do to my windows being a bit lower then ground level. One of the other things I did was pull up a small bricked in planter on the front of my house do to the brick enclosure holding in water and it seeping into my basement. Most wet basement problems are more do to roof runoff from rain gutters being clogged and down spouts being too short splashing out rite next to the foundation. I saw in your sump pump video you have an under slab perimeter drain round your basement floor, Are you in a low-lying area prone to flooding?

Yeah I agree. The gutter that gets the most water is fairly close to that window, but it's not below ground or anything. Before, the gutter would indeed get clogged and not be able to keep up with heavy rain. I've since upsized the down spout to 6", which solved the clogging, but now the water probably runs off towards that window. May need to consider a French drain or whatever it's called. I'm at the top of a hill, but my yard slopes toward the house. The area is prone to very heavy rains, that's probably why it has sumps.

You don't want to waterproof the inside of the wall, you waterproof the outside. If you waterproof the inside, you are trapping the water in the wall which will deteriorate the wall. Better to use normal paint so you can tell if you still have a water problem.

Yeah this is definitely a bandaid solution, made all the weirder that they would even sell such a product. Of all people, the manufacturer should really know better.

Check your sump pump in corner. Make sure it’s working. And your gutters send them out far away from home.
