Cost cutting measure by Whirlpool in their refrigerators. Be wary!

I'm noticing Whirlpool using cheap Chinese made compressors in its refrigerators. Whirlpool always used Embraco compressors made in Brazil. In recent years it seems a certain percentage of their refrigerators have this made in China compressor. Although after 4 years this fridge is working well I'm not so sure if it will last as long as a fridge with an Embraco compressor.

I was browsing for literally anything website that mentioned that Whirlpool now has Chinese Jiaxipera in many of their refrigerators, and your video was the ONLY thing I found! Whirlpool used to used to own Embraco, but sold that company in 2019, which just so happens to be the year your top-freezer fridge was made. In the last couple of years, I know that Whirlpool started to use these Chinese compressors in side-by-side fridges as well. It's sad to see so much Chinese junk in everything these days.

Wow I never knew Whirlpool owned Embraco. I have always thought Embraco was the best compressor company in the world. I have seen some newer Embraco compressors that said they were made in Mexico. That really scared me. Thanks for the information. Keep in tough and lmk if you have your own youtube or social media website somewhere.
