Good video. Couple tips: seal the unused connectors so they don't get water or debris inside them, and I found these little plugs from Amazon work great to fill the brake sensor holes: "MECCANIXITY Silicone Snap in Locking Hole Plugs Rubber Panel Seal Cover Flush Type Panel Round for Kitchen Rubber Bulkheads Waterproof Sealing Plugs 6mm/0.24 Inch Diameter Black,Pack of 20". I have a Talaria Sting but the brakes look similar.
Bike looks rad guys. Got one last week and loving every second spent on it. As a newbie to all this just wondering if you guys can make an in depth video of maintenance to the bike ie: Brakes, Chain cleaning/Greasing, proper chain tension
Please please please make an Eride pro ss bike assembly tutorial. One that walks through the process of putting it together step by step. I would love that
Do you guys leave the sensor connector open after removing the sensors? Something I did on my LBX was to pull the sensor wires out of the back of the connector half, then fill the cable openings with hot glue and click the connector back together. Keeps the H20 out 🤙🍻 Great, informative video gents 🤗😎
Not a bad idea at all! The connectors are usually okay to leave open however protection is always a great idea. We will typically put dielectric grease in the connection and heat shrink over it
@ChargedCycleWorks I'm ex-offshore survey.....14yrs mixing electronics and salt water. Try it out on your next build, especially if you're discarding the actual sensors 🤙🍻
When you cut you display arm, try and leave enough so it sits onto the headset and doesnt have the chance to start sagging Just did it last night with a dremel and got it sitting perrrfect on the headset
@@ChargedCycleWorks Thank you for the answer! It saved my butt so many times when I used to ride mountain bikes that it felt weird not having it in my ERP SS
I really want a the gold foot pegs, handle bars, and stem lock but you guys are currently sold out 😭 dont wanna buy either or unless i can get all 3 gold at once. Ill wait it out i guess lol
Need to do this, suddenly my bike won't respond to the throttle , contacted eride and they said it might one of the sensors, first vid that shows where allow them are
Would it be a good idea to swap the 19 inch rear wheel for an 18 inch with a bigger tire? That rear tire looks too small/thin. I want one for riding trails only.
I am ordering a set of Warp9 bars, Direct mount stem and some Warp 9 pegs. My question is will the "Precision Headset Spacers for Surron Talaria" Fit the Eride Pro SS too? I am assuming they do because I don't see any other ones for sale on the site. Please lmk
Can those spacers be purchased separate from the stem lock? I plan to trim the stem tube so only 1 short spacer is required - don’t want that long tube sticking up with a bunch of spacers on it.
I am between for this and ultrabee...I raced in a dirt bike and now I want something fun for ride with my little kids in my track in the backyard...any suggestion?
Both bikes are extremely fun and easy to ride. The Eride is like a playful mountain bike, the ultra bee is like a playful 125cc dirtbike. All depends truthfully on if you want a small or medium sized bike

Thanks for the tip!

The headset info is priceless. Didnt know how to fix it before this!

Our video right before this shows how to unbox
@@ChargedCycleWorks it doesn't show a step by step tutorial, it just skips to the bike being built. Please make an in-depth one
Try growing up and using your brain to assemble some easy sht bruh
I’m desperate to figure out if Surron LBX seat extenders work with eRide?
I live in park city and would love to do this $500 budget build when I get my eride!
We would love to help! Come by the shop and we can get the parts for you!

Great video! Thanks for the advice.
Can we run Slime in the stock tires and tubes? I assume we can, but i want to verify if possible.
Yes, you definitely can if you prefer that method

16 with a bigger tire is the move.
Would you suggest getting the 70/100-19 Tusk Ground Wire tires for the front or just putting the 80/90-19 on both front and rear. Thanks
I would definitely suggest doing the 70/100-19 front tire. It has a tread pattern that is better oriented for front end control
still did not decided yet,,,,,Sting R vs E-Ride Pro SS...Any advise?Thanks
Out of the box the E-Ride beats everything on the sting R
Just got my e ride ss sold my surron for it and it was the best decision ever, no joke
@@taylorkim9049where did you buy?

Yes they do, we will clarify that on our website. Thank you for pointing that out
Can you guys drop link to the spacers used for the direct mount stem? I counted 5 total? Thanks in advance!

what is that tool cabinet?
Does it come with a footpeg support bar or do you have to add one?
Comes with one
Im building the best E Ride Pro 2 SS right now
We would love to see it!
@@ChargedCycleWorks it should be ready in 3 weeks I’ll send over video and pics
No need for a Warp 9 stem lock? Curious if I should purchase 1?
This bike comes with a pretty decent stem lock stock, I wouldn’t worry about the upgrade until it gets worn out
Can those spacers be purchased separate from the stem lock? I plan to trim the stem tube so only 1 short spacer is required - don’t want that long tube sticking up with a bunch of spacers on it.
I'm pretty sure that battery weighs as much as dude, right? (Almost cardiac arrested on removal)
😂😂 batteries are definitely the heaviest part of electric bikes

Why not use a lanyard like an oset. Not very safe as in my humble opinion.
Why can't I have cool friends to do shit like this with? Oh right, I live in socal
