Just bought a pair (7/7/17) If we are talking about sound quality, they're good for their size. Bass is good. However with the flat treble, they almost sounds a bit hollow; but that's just me. There is also a noticeable latency, which sucks. Other than that it's a pretty solid product if being used solely for music. Worth $100 though.
Thomas Kirk my sentiments as well. great bass, but the extreme lack of treble makes them sound hollow. The latency is the deal breaker for me. If you watch any sort of video, speech will not line up properly - Netflix, RUclips.. all the same. totally annoying.

Thanks a bunch for this review. I got mine in the mail from HSN.com today. They were 1/2 price on sale for $39.95, including the case. Loving the interchangeable silicone ear pieces, because they were falling out at first. You're right. The bass is like...Whoa! Had to turn it down. LOL

Did the same exact thing. I live overseas and almost bought a pair of UnderArmour JPL earbuds for 230 Euro...about 260 dollars. I thought twice about the airport purchase and decided to wait until arriving stateside for vacation. Found the Jams at BestBuy and had to order them in the store as they were out of stock. I really didn't do much research...but the price seemed fantastic against the store demo. I have been using them now for over a week and they have not disappointed.
i just picked these up on Black Friday at Best Buy ($70) before seeing your video and I have to agree. I was shocked at the amazing bass quality. I’m still working on a good fit but I’ll get there. Better deal than many competitors out there with similar products. As a battery charger, it’s only got a 1.0A output, but that’s not it’s primary purpose anyway.
I’m using these on iPhone 7 and they are coming up as two separate devices and I can only use one at a time, no matter how many times I try resetting them I can’t get them to play together, has any else had this issue? If so what should I do?
I have own some serious headphones thru the years, Bose, Sony, Beats, Skullcandy and many others. My wife got me this jam ultra and I was blown away. The sound is amazing and easy to connect, I’ll recommend it the price my wife paid was $69.95 at the military exchange. Try it you will like it.

I'm ngl, these earbuds are pretty dope. I bought these last Friday and ever since then, I just fell in love with them. The sound quality was pretty bad at first but I eventually changed the sound quality in the settings to make it 10× better. I even Dolby Atmos on so it's sounds much louder than before. The call quality is pretty good. The person I'm calling can hear me and I can also hear them loud n clear. Another thing is that it's very comfortable in the ears. The first time I wore them, I had to change the buds size since I have small ears and it fit comfortably in my ear. Sometimes I had to adjust them if it felt like they're falling out but it's really not. Charging case is really good and the battery life is amazing like I charge it on a Tuesday and then next Tuesday, it's still not dead and I use these buds a lot. My only downside with these buds are that pairing can be a problem. I wouldn't say it's too confusing, it's just get frustrating when the bids don't want to pair with my phone especially if I'm using one bud. I mostly have problems pairing when it has to do with that one bud. Right now, pairing is looking ok I guess. I haven't had a problem since. I noticed some pauses or disconnections but those kinda died out too. But overall, these Jam buds are really good. I've never tried the airpods and I don't think I'll ever will especially since I got these for a cheaper price. My only focus right now is the longevity of the buds. I hope they last longer than the skull Candy buds I bought last year that lasted over a year now.
I need help. When I first used them they sounded great, I absolutely loved them but when I had charged them afterwards & tried to connect to my phone somehow the split into two different Bluetooth connections. I don’t know how or why they did that but now I can only listen to one at a time. I want to listen to both of them but I don’t know how to get them working the same again. Can you please help me
Pull the earbuds out off the little box, turn them off, then turn them again, click 2 times in the button in each, and just wait them to pair, you will know because a blue light will turn on about 5 seconds and you are ready to turn the bluethoot on and connect them
I bought these earbuds based on your comprehensive review. But, agreed with other assessments regarding audio quality and latency. I have an iPhone 7 Plus and I changed the EQ setting to "Boost Treble" and music sounds much better. Traveled with these recently and noted that battery life was short of the 3 hours as advertised. Overall, pretty happy with the purchase for $99.
How do you pair the jams only one hears it only can be left or right message me back if you know how to fix the problem. And pairing one and puting back in does not work

Wow! I took your advice and mouth these today. OMG the sound quality is awesome. True bass and lots of mid and high ranges too.....I had a slight problem getting them to pair together. All I had to do was turn them off manually, slip them in the case, bring them back out and they paired perfectly. I agree the button gets in the way, but once you learn where it is, you can adjust your fingers. Thanks Again! I almost bought the Sol's glad I didn't.
Just picked theses up today and all I can say is wow! Best Bluetooth earbuds buy far, especially for the price. A few little quarks but nothing major. The sound is actually better than the jaybird buds I have.
Yes I'm keeping these. One day I went running the next day I did weights and did not have to adjust or touch them. AWSOME. No connectivity issues. How are these under the radar?

Was watching your video and was impressed by your genuine enthusiasm. I have a Samsung S8 Plus coming through Xfinity as soon as I get my Social Security check. So I think $100 is reasonable, going to take your word for it and put these buds on my to do list. Thanx.
Bought them with the intent of return them, but I'm digging these so far. I'll see how they hold up on a 5K run and decide then. The quality and design is up there with Jabra Elite which I returned because I couldn't get a good fit, these fit perfectly. Thanks for the heads up.
Lauren Walsh turn them both on and once you connected one of them put them both in the case for a few seconds and then pull them both out. You will only have to do this once
Nice review. I just bought these buds, and the qualities are pretty neat for a fully wireless earbuds. I've tested the range for the connection, and the sound quality stays stable for about 10 meters, at about 11m, the sound gets very fuzzy and sound dies out at 12m. The bass is pretty good, again for a true wireless, however compared with my Sony Extra Bass In-Ear Headphones (MDRXB50APR), the bass quality is just bad...i mean with the earbud tips that comes with the package, the bass is probably the same as a $20 ~ $30 wired earbuds. But when I switched out the tips with the Sony one, sound quality noticeably increased. Overall a good product...but not for bass lovers.

Only one of my ear buds are working when I have music or videos on and when I click the other the sound only transfers to that ear then. Is there a way to get them both playing music?
This is a follow-up to a post that I had made on this thread earlier about one side of the Jam Ultra dropping out and then the other. Well I just picked up my THIRD pair and the same thing is still happening and I can't believe nobody else is calling attention to this problem. Hey I took your advice and bought these I'm having issues and need your help the right earbud went into mono mode so will not pair with the left one anymore how do I get it off of mono mode I don't try it I tried resetting my Bluetooth for my phone that does not work even let the battery go dead in the the right earbud
Try this put them on charge press both buttons at the same time after they flash and the red charging light is back on again take them from the box and star the process of pairing them again. The instruction book says this is the factory reset if not bin it.
I love the idea of it switching to mono when you use just 1 earbud. I like to have my Ink'd wireless playing in just 1 ear when I ride my bike and there's nothing more annoying than having a song that plays certain parts on one side and of course it always has to be the side that's not in my ear.

Nice review. Been using these for a few days and find the sound quality improves over time. Very comfortable but only thing I found is the call quality is very poor. Over here in the UK they go for 100 Sterling so approx even price against USD.

In the comments it seems like quite a few ppl are having problems after only a short period of use! Jeez, I've had them for 4 months and they work flawlessly! It's a miracle i haven't totally lost one or both, lol... i had to get in the habit of always putting them back In the case and not in my pocket or set down cause they sure as hell are easy to lose 😥

I got these recently and noticed the bass was great however on certain tones I noticed that music sounded scratchy almost distorted as if it was too much to handle for the buds. Is this a faulty pair I have or is it me just hoping the sound was better than it is?

How do I pair them to a Digitech brand bluetooth transmitter so I can listen to the TV audio privately . The jam wireless ear buds don't come with instructions in English, it is simply a pictorial which don't make sense.
I got mine last night...DAM THESE ARE CRAZY !!! Easy to pair out the box, and they will got for over a hour out the box. For the price these are killers. I also got the LEMFO Air-TWS and the IQBuds(JUST DAM). My jams will be my everyday buds

King panda these were my first pair of true wireless earbuds. I use the Jabra Elite 65t now, but the JAM earbuds were my daily wear until i upgrade. For a first pair or inexpensive trial run you won’t be disappointed at all with the JAMs. Hope this helps. /bklyn

Hi, can someone give a simple straight forward method for pairing these things? I’ve had mine paired for almost 12 months however recently they disconnected and I am unable to repair! Very frustrating!

Have had them for about 2 months, didn't have too much trouble pairing them to my phone untill now. They're both charged but only the left one connects to my phone, the other one says jam ultra mono. I can connect them both but i can only hear music from the left side. Any advice is very welcome.
So how would I adjust the volume to these earbuds if I use them with my Samsung TV? On the television menu I can't adjust the volume of the TV by the TV set if I have a Bluetooth device hooked up. I have to adjust the Bluetooth device itself.

Mine have almost no latency issues. It's literally a fraction of a second delay. Not bad at all.

Just connect one of them and then put them both in the charging case. Take them out and they both should connect

Bought them with the intent of return them, but I'm digging these so far. I'll see how they hold up on a 5K run and decide then. The quality and design is up there with Jabra Elite which I returned because I couldn't get a good fit, these fit perfectly. Thanks for the heads up.

Lauren Walsh turn them both on and once you connected one of them put them both in the case for a few seconds and then pull them both out. You will only have to do this once

Nice review. I just bought these buds, and the qualities are pretty neat for a fully wireless earbuds. I've tested the range for the connection, and the sound quality stays stable for about 10 meters, at about 11m, the sound gets very fuzzy and sound dies out at 12m. The bass is pretty good, again for a true wireless, however compared with my Sony Extra Bass In-Ear Headphones (MDRXB50APR), the bass quality is just bad...i mean with the earbud tips that comes with the package, the bass is probably the same as a $20 ~ $30 wired earbuds. But when I switched out the tips with the Sony one, sound quality noticeably increased. Overall a good product...but not for bass lovers.

Agreed. Just picked these up at Best Buy and they are great. Soooooo much better sounding than my old beats ear buds.

Only one of my ear buds are working when I have music or videos on and when I click the other the sound only transfers to that ear then. Is there a way to get them both playing music?

This is a follow-up to a post that I had made on this thread earlier about one side of the Jam Ultra dropping out and then the other. Well I just picked up my THIRD pair and the same thing is still happening and I can't believe nobody else is calling attention to this problem. I'm going to call the factory tomorrow and really ask some serious questions as to what's going on and then I'll get back to everybody and let you know what I find out.. Thanks for your time, pfb~

Hey I took your advice and bought these I'm having issues and need your help the right earbud went into mono mode so will not pair with the left one anymore how do I get it off of mono mode I don't try it I tried resetting my Bluetooth for my phone that does not work even let the battery go dead in the the right earbud
Try this put them on charge press both buttons at the same time after they flash and the red charging light is back on again take them from the box and star the process of pairing them again.
The instruction book says this is the factory reset if not bin it.
I love the idea of it switching to mono when you use just 1 earbud. I like to have my Ink'd wireless playing in just 1 ear when I ride my bike and there's nothing more annoying than having a song that plays certain parts on one side and of course it always has to be the side that's not in my ear.

Great review love your music and setup! Quick question how are the jams for voice call quality? Read somewhere that they don't have external mic? Have you tried it for voice calling?

Been using these for a few days and find the sound quality improves over time. Very comfortable but only thing I found is the call quality is very poor.
Over here in the UK they go for 100 Sterling so approx even price against USD.

In the comments it seems like quite a few ppl are having problems after only a short period of use! Jeez, I've had them for 4 months and they work flawlessly! It's a miracle i haven't totally lost one or both, lol... i had to get in the habit of always putting them back In the case and not in my pocket or set down cause they sure as hell are easy to lose 😥

I got these recently and noticed the bass was great however on certain tones I noticed that music sounded scratchy almost distorted as if it was too much to handle for the buds. Is this a faulty pair I have or is it me just hoping the sound was better than it is?

The jam wireless ear buds don't come with instructions in English, it is simply a pictorial which don't make sense.
I got mine last night...DAM THESE ARE CRAZY !!! Easy to pair out the box, and they will got for over a hour out the box. For the price these are killers. I also got the LEMFO Air-TWS and the IQBuds(JUST DAM). My jams will be my everyday buds

King panda these were my first pair of true wireless earbuds. I use the Jabra Elite 65t now, but the JAM earbuds were my daily wear until i upgrade. For a first pair or inexpensive trial run you won’t be disappointed at all with the JAMs. Hope this helps. /bklyn

Have had them for about 2 months, didn't have too much trouble pairing them to my phone untill now. They're both charged but only the left one connects to my phone, the other one says jam ultra mono. I can connect them both but i can only hear music from the left side. Any advice is very welcome.

The job I have I can only have one bud in at a time. Can I make and receive calls on one bud at a time, or is one bud the dominate source for calls?
So how would I adjust the volume to these earbuds if I use them with my Samsung TV? On the television menu I can't adjust the volume of the TV by the TV set if I have a Bluetooth device hooked up. I have to adjust the Bluetooth device itself.
