We've come full-circle girl! I discovered you when I was shopping for a portable washer. I'm now thinking of a portable dryer and here you are with this! I think this one is a winner - no venting, under 30 lbs, a little pricey, yes, but the alternative of having wet clothes draped all over the place has gotten old.

I think that drying at a lower temp is their thing to save energy because they’ve also added “pressure” to the drying process that allows it to dry better at lower temps. It’s cute but I don’t think it’s for me… I’d think that hanging dry would dry faster and fresher.
It's a scam, it's essentially a hairdryer. Definitely no vacuum pressure component to it. Someone, I cant remember who debunked it on youtube.
The little balls are natural wool balls. They say the natural lanoline in them works better then softener sheets.
I have the wool balls use them all the time love them!!

I don't have a w/d in my apartment AND I don't drive -- so I'm willing to pay that amount for this considering the size, light weight, the fact it doesn't require venting and that it seems comparable to conventional drying times are all things that current electric dryers on the market can't do. I've been in the market for years now. For someone like me this is a really good option

@@tracygee you missed the part where it dries comparable to reg. dryer and the light weight 🙂 standard ventless take forerrrrrever to dry clothes normally and all the ones I've seen have been considerably heavier then this one which limits where it can be placed. I am single and live up a long flight of stairs meaning I appreciate something I can carry up upon delivery on my own. Again, it's a good choice for some people and worth the price - I'm one of those people. Just because you have the flexibility for other options to work for YOUR needs doesn't mean the product doesn't have a market.
Not all apartments have hookups my dear. So, this is perfect for those people.
Hence the VENTLESS in my response. No hook ups required.

Dear RUclips reviewer you said they contacted you to review their dryer you gave it really good reviews and because you did I bought the dryer I ran a few loads and then it started beeping with the E06 error after running one minute they send me a new one and that one doesn’t even turn on I’m wondering if I am the only one that’s having trouble with this dryer
its a hair dryer, do more searches for this useless dryer and youll see all the bad reviews it receives.

I bought a black and decker portable washer last year on Amazon. It’s small but automatic which is awesome. It washes everything I need. Moved back to LA so living like a pauper again 🙄
The felt balls replace dryer sheets. You can put some essential oils on them for scent!

I have the same unit from Kickstarter, but thoroughly disappointed in it. The unit itself cannot dry more than 4 shirts within 15 mins, so it's best to use the humidity sensor function which ends up taking much longer than 15 mins. Supposedly utilizes vacuum technology, but you'll notice the moisture and heat gets dumped into the room and the watch catch basin is never filled. Don't have the full specs on the amount of electricity this thing takes, but it causes some minor light flickering in my apartment when it's running. Personally not a fan of the dryer and wish I could get my money back.

You are right. This is a piece of junk and this review is BS and a promotion disguised as a review. Trust your instincts and experience and call out anyone who deceives the public like this. It is shameful and a con.
I really appreciate your honest review, all the reviews I’m seeing are sponsored or in this case she ‘wasn’t paid for the item but was provided it to test’ aka she got a free machine. Obviously getting a free one is gonna make you a bit biased on the subject. I get annoyed when people act like getting free items isn’t gonna taint their opinions on stuff. It’s pretty telling that you, a person who actually had to shell out their hard earned money for it, has a very different opinion. I’m sorry you’re disappointed in it.

I find when I only put one item in the dryer it almost gets stuck to one area and never really drives the same, but if I pack a few more things in it comes out dry…
How many bath towels can fit at once ?
All these cost way more than my apt dryer i got that drys more than this one. Mine will dry many lbs and the filter is easy to clean. And was under $325. free shipping with prime. Now prime isn't completely free since they changed their rules for around 1 $15.00 a month. I've canceled prime since I'm not buying anymore thanks to rising food and gas prices.

Please don’t. Dryers sheets make innocent people standing near you very sick. They r quit toxic. Read about them. Please. Especially for little children with asthma. These are made of petroleum based chemicals. Thry r the 2nd biggest polluters in neighborhoods next to leaf blowers.
@@postalcanary No worries. I use Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day Dryer Sheets that are made with plant derived softeners and natural essential oils. Also made without animal derived ingredients, artificial colors and phthalates. I only use 1/2 of a sheet or sometimes I use wool dryer balls.
it’s too small you’ll have to wash clothes every day little amounts. Too much of a headache.
The dryer balls help soften the clothes instead of using a more toxic option of dryer sheets. I do think they help clothes dry faster but don't quote me on that one.
We are retired and live on the road full time in our beautiful fifth wheel. Recently we purchased a portable Giantex washer. We love how we know that our clothes are clean and not picking up prior residue laundry products from other users of the parks laundry facilities. We will definitely keep your unbiased review of the portable dryer in mind should we decide to address that to our home.
I believe what you said was a laundry hamper actually looks to me a bag that allows for easy storage an carrying from vehicle, R.V, closet etc etc....

That bag is to hide it. And to show that you can literally carry it to and from. But really this is awesome.
Pretty sure those are dryer balls, they replace dryer sheets. Also, be mindful that your washer can still get moldy. They just didn't know that back in the day.

Angeleno here! Will this fit a queen size sheet or duvet cover? I actually have the same DELLA portable washer/spinner you had, except had it before you got yours. I've been wanting an electric dryer but even the small ones are fairly large, heavy and the need to vent them turned me off. In LA I don't need any additional heat sources during the summer 😆 So I've been waiting for a machine like this!

I carried it up the stairs myself. Yes you can carry it. I think as a designer it’s nice if you can create or find a place for it where it’s east to use without having to store it away

My dryer is a apartment size compact haier 2.6 cu. ft. Portable Electric Vented Dryer and it’s heavy. I wouldn’t mind having that one after mine goes out

Towels are great, what about a queen size bed sheets, or a queen size blanket?
Sheets yes, duvet cover yes. Blanket, no.
Blankets can be dried hanging up over a shower road or door. A tabletop air dehumidifier on the bathroom counter works no more than two hours and will pull some water out of clothes, towels and blankets. Helpful but not a huge fan. Seems to work best with cooler air. Then I will take a hair blow dryer and set it at the highest hear. I think 1850 watts but I time for no more than ten minutes because my concern is not to maybe blow a circuit. Then a portable fan that points upward towards the shower rod. Helps things get dry in less than 24hours. Circulating air is the key not only to drying but to prevent mold-mildew issues. For most of my laundry needs, sure am hoping to get a Morus.

don't buy it, it's just an expensive normal dryer, there are are no vacuum components in it. There are tons of small dryers from respectable companies for half the price and more reliability.
If I was still in my apartment that didn’t have hookups I would definitely get this! I had looked into a portable washer but I landed up. It getting one but if I was in the situation again I would definitely do it. Thanks for this!

my laundry is a cupboard. it cannot fit both washer and dryer. For 1 person in a small apartment that cannot fit a normal dryer, this would be great. better than sun dry/heater dry/take to the laundromat by far.
I spent $485 on a new $1,500 front load washing machine at a scratch and dent store. I still have my dryer from 22 years ago I bought for $225. I'll pass on this

I like your video almost a year ago I saw this but the owner/inventor was reviewing it so I just knew that was biased so I bought a different standard dryer. It looks awfully small tho but it is nice and aesthetic looking .

@@galiona1337 well it claims to have special vacuum drying technology but it appears people who have done in depth reviews on it haven’t been able to find any vacuum components within the machine. So it isn’t a scam in the sense that it doesn’t work at all, more that it misrepresented itself as some fancy new technology to justify the high price tag. I mean, you can buy a normal sized dryer for less money. The only advantage is it’s ventless and portable but then all that heat and moisture has to go somewhere and I’ve seen users claim it makes their homes damp and the water reservoir never actually gets full. This implies it’s not pulling the water from the clothes into the reservoir, it’s just releasing all the moisture in into the air. And I don’t know about you but I imagine since the main draw of this thing is its small size and portability that most people who are using it are not going to be doing so in big spaces. So basically they’re gonna be pushing a bunch of hot moist air around a small space which doesn’t sound fun to me personally.

Naturally, if you put ONE towel in a conventional dryer, it will cling to the inside wall as it spins and stay damp. Whereas, ONE towel in the small portable dryer will dry somewhat faster, if not completely🙄Duh!
