    I appreciate you saying that. Thank you :) ITF is more traditional and focuses more on self defence. Where as WTF is usually more sport orientated (Olympic Sparring) but still contains some self defence. This varies based on the instructor and how they teach but both should be respected for what they have to offer :)

    I don't know how anyone can give your videos a thumbs down. It's not politics, or animal abuse, it's free well explained tutorials. Negative spoiled people go somewhere else. Thank you for your tutorials. 99.9% of us here appreciate them.

    I resumed practicing teakwondo after a break of 6 years and I was looking for some tutorials to train techniques etc.... then I found your channel, which realy helps a lot! And there's so much advanced stuff I can do in the future... I'm looking forward to that! Now I can train my english and my teakwondo :)

    A one handed handstand is very difficult and the balance would be different and more difficult to control without the other arm. Other moves I can though like cartwheels and handsprings though. Good luck with your training :)

    When I was 12 I got my black belt in taekwondo, but now I'm 25 and smoking a packet of cigarettes every day. Now I found this channel and I fucking missed the days that my body had the ability to do these kinds of stuff.

    Just keep at it and use your fingers, palms, shoulders and the other pointers in the video to help control your balance. It takes time to get good form so patience and perseverance is the key. Good luck :)

    But for new tricking combos I want a modern 360° or whatever is called.
    Its a 360° Jump with a roundhouse kick after the jump.

    The advice is in the tutorial, use your fingers and your shoulder angle to help maintain balance. You can also practice the drills to improve form. Good luck :)

    I believe I am more than strong enough to do the handstand, as I can pump out 80 good form push-ups, and I can do an advanced tuck planche.
    But i'm so fucking scared of falling, jesus im a pussy.
