Hey friends! Thanks for being patient with the uploads; I hope this new video helps y'all out. Also, I lost my voice for over a week, and my voice is still recovering. As a result, my voice is a little raspy, so bear with me lol. Stay flippin' awesome.
I like the idea of bending over facing the wall and walking your hands backwards towards the wall while walking your feet up the wall to the hand stand. I never thought of that. Genius. I feel like I might be able to do this again and better than I did before. Thanks :-)
Dude this video is awesome, no shame in having to take a week break when you put out content this solid 👌🏼 after trying a handstand numerous times, this seriously made me fully understand what to and not to do
I can do loads of flips but I can't do a hand stand and this really helped me because I have been looking on the ground in the way you shouldn't do it so I think I might be able to learn it now btw you are one of my favorite youtubers😊
Hey! Great video. I've been training for a handstand for some time now and one thing which I cannot seem to correct is that my elbows are bent. No matter what I do I cannot straighten them out. I do chest to wall handstands right now and the elbows bend towards the wall.any advice?
Hi christopher your tips really works now i can do a handstand without any difficulty thank u christopher i told every bold my friends,my brothers to suscribe ur channel it really works thank u christopher ....
Do you think there is anyway I could do a handstand for about 5 seconds(I can already handstand well) into a frontflip/front handspring from the handstand
1 kick harder rather than softly 2 head position barely look up at your hands using your eyes not the entire head 3 don’t arch your back do the hollow body (glutes flexed core activated) Also don’t practice handstands against the wall unless ur faceing it 4 use your wrists and fingers to balance (practice with frog stance and Planck stance )
wall handstands are good progressions, however from my experience I have seen alot of people be too dependant on a wall, and when it actually comes to doing a standard handstand they cant
Thanks Chris. I find your video is very informative, helpful. I have been doing wrong with bending my back. Hopeful with heaps of practice I can do handstand Hehehehe 😜👍💪
That was great!! Can you please do a video on how to an aril? And the next upload can you say my name alexis. Thank you I am I big fan of you. Live your videos!!!!!!!
Definitely. The test is how you come out of a (wall supported) handstand - if you can slowly and gently lower down your legs, your core is getting there. If you can raise your legs slowly (e.g. from a supported L position), your core is probably ok. If you just swing back or uncomfortably fall down in any direction with the feet hitting the ground rather hard, your core sucks and you should not be practicing handstands (this way you will only get a heavy upper body and lower back pain), but doing core exercises and lumbar stabilization instead.
That would probably help! Try doing 3 sets of 10-20 pushups per set (resting maybe a minute between each set) every day. This will help you build your shoulders, triceps, and chest!

For sure, it's important to practice so that you don't need to be dependent on the wall.

is strong core essential to hold handstand. position?
Definitely.
