Annika Wickihalder is my favorite. I liked Scarlet just because they were different. I love Jay but they wouldn't do well with it at ESC. M&M and Danny bore me to tears. Neither do much vocally or with their movements. M&M seem wooden. I know nobody will agree with me but thats ok. 😂
Watching all the semis I felt it was a somewhat bleak melfest year, but after watching your video I’ll have to take that back I think haha. Good final! Many great performances :) Will be happy whoever wins, but also obsessing about Cazzi :)

Really disappointed things went down with the two acts that qualified from the “Andra Chansen” to the final. Definitely showed the advantage of them both performing in Heat 5. I don’t see how M+M are favourites (apart from cool staging). Poor Maria Sur being messed over opening the Final, but Jacqline and Smash Into Pieces are my favourites! ☺️

Every other video I just experience the same thought that we have a really similar taste in all these national final songs. My favorite is definitely Cazzi (I’ve been singing that song all day) and Jaqline is my second. I find it really funny bc a lot of people are saying how this has been such a bad meltfest season but I genuinely have downloaded like 10+ songs from it which is a win in my books lol 😂 LOOOOOVE Jacquline SO MUCH AND SHES GETTING PAID DUST ! one of my faves was circus X which didn't make it through :(( I was super bummed with how they did the andra chansen this year it was completely skewed to the 2 acts that had just performed, total recency bias imo I think my tops are 1- Jacquline 2- Maria sur 3- smashing into pieces 4- Medina 5- dotter/cazzi I just hope they pick a fun song that swedes can really get behind & have fun with during the final!
I also thought it was interesting to see that SVT had such a toned down production (outside the acts), I guess they are saving up for ESC in May. But they more than compensated with good songs. None of the finalists would do badly at ESC, and about half would be very strong contenders.
Cazziopeia. The melody is based on one of the most famous classical works.. Pachelbel Canon in D Major. So it has the same progression as literally 100 of super famous hits. Among them, No woman no cry.. Starships by Nicki Minaj. Memories by Maroon 5. etc etc etc t
Lia Larsson didn't get to Andra Chansen, but the song has free rent in my head, I wake up singing that song. So please check that one out. Also Scarlet not making the final made me very upset.

Wow.... I see it completely different. I found the heat with Jacqline the weakest and her song as well. It does not stand out at all and I would say it would end up as Tusse and "Voices". (which is of course a good placing, as Sweden use to do good at Eurovision). Jacqline is in my bottom Top3. I thought Scarlet should have won. But with this line up I would be up for Smash into Pieces, Marcus and Martinus, Maria Sur or Liamoo.
So N&Ms one is great while im watching it... Its really soectacular. But then afterwards i cant remember it, its gone out my head. Theres no real song there, its purely about the anazing club production and visuals.

Usually we have a very different taste but this time we seem to have pretty much the same top (except for Danny). And I'm with you in team Jacqline for the win. From the very first moment I saw and heard it. ❤
Marcus & Martinus are my realistic winner choice, (I wanted them to win last year with a song I preferred more than this years but that staging is undeniable!) I also enjoy Medina (glad to see there is still space for fun at melodifestivalen), Jacqline, Annika and Jay Smith. I loved Dotters previous entries bulletproof and little tot (I would have loved her to represent Sweden with them) but this years does absolutely nothing for me personally. Artists I enjoyed that didn't make it to the final were Adam Woods, Klaudy, Lia Larsson, Chelsea muco and Kim Cesarion. ❤
I think this is a much better final then most are making it out to be, weaker then previous years for sure though. My top 5: 1. Liamoo 2. Dotter 3. Marcus and Martinus 4. Medina 5. Annika Wickihalder I would be very happy with any of my top 5 winning.

I think we have a really good final this year even if my favorite didnt make it (Scarlet). I think I will only be disappointed if Dotter, Annika W, Lisa Ajax or Jay Smith win. The others are either amazing or good enough in my opinion! Cazzi and Medina är my favorites!
Also make sure you check out andra chansen. It was a complete joke the way they did it that it completely favored the two songs from the last semi. Froken Snusk, Scarlet and Gunilla(2 of the three) should have qualified

It was so hard to pick favourites this year! I think that most of these songs are very good, very presentable. They all have a chance to be in the top 10 at Eurovision, but I don't think any of them is the clear winner 🤔 That being said I am a bit bored of swedish polished pop, so my favorite was Scarlet for their theatrical effect, but since they did not get through I think I'd be happy with any of Cazzi, Medina, Smashing or Jacqueline simply because they are a bit different
Thank you for giving me another reason to vote for Dotter. Not the same god damn songwriters. Yes well staging and catchy tunes,, well great, but please give me MUSIC. Spend three years as a deaf dude writing a song, you know almost like a classical dude, give it a bit f work not just a really good Melfest production team. Effortless is good, she is really good. But i will not vote for this, becouse a lot of shitty stuff can go on the backseat of a car that the police will take seriously. There are stupid boys out there you know. Its just too optimistic and therefor dangerous. I guess the dancing and the fact that it is a dance tune, make me think of physical moves rather than feelings of care and devotion.
I think M&M takes it this year. They have a good package with the staging and song. They're good performers and it's a bit different with a duo. We usually send solo acts to Eurovision. I liked Air, but they never had a chance against Loreen. This year's entree is pretty damn amazing though. Jacqline is my personal favorite as well. Such a confident performance. She's really cool. Love the song. I think it's better than Unforgettable. But I don't get winner vibes from her entree in the same way as M&M this year. I think Jacqlines best entree is yet to come. Next year perhaps?
Cazzi Opeia also was writing the winner of American Song Contest 2022. Please think about the Eurovision in may. Almost every country has a hardrock song. So if you want Smash Into pieces to win in the melodifestivalen it will BE very har for them to win concider it is already so many har rocksongs. Maybe Sweden should send another kind of song. I think Cazzi Opeia would do great in Eurovision. But also Dotter. 😍 Thank you for a great reaction.

I was so pissed that Scarlet didn't even get a chance to qualify because of this idiotic new voting system. And instead Jay qualified!? 😖 (nothing against him as a person!) The responsible barely dared to show up on the afterparty because of all the criticism. In short, we needed Scarlet in the finale, because they are breaking boundaries and I was completely taken by that performance/staging every second of it!🔥😈 Here it was perhaps a little less about the song, but all the more about an experience I rarely get. Could have fit in ESC with the lyrics "The show has just begun" and "La grand finale" 🔥😉. Ok, you can be my Mello correspondent because I'm not going there unfortunately 🥰. To be honest, I haven't chosen a favorite yet, because it depends on the singing performance. Mainly thinking of Maria and Dotter. The ones it's about for me is: - M&M, a complete number with high energy level and heavy beat! (Probably my number one right now) - Maria Sur, cool dynamic number I rave/"clubbing" with. She didn't hit all the notes, so hope for improvement. Why no 1 in the running order? - Smash, really good song but vocally a bit weak. - Dotter, good song that is growing on me, she can make it even better. - Jacqline, captivating, but maybe that something little is missing in the melody to be at the top. - Danny, positive EDM and strong vocally, good song, anthemic but a little too polished. - Annika, I have to mention her because she is such an amazing singer with big pipes and power in expression. I loved Medina's song in 2022 and I really like their song this year aswell, however like you said, I dont think its as instantaneous as their previous attempt. M&M's song is pretty good but I think im more impressed by the staging than the song,even if the song is decent. Sweden can still pick a competent entry as a host country but I dont think anyone is expecting them to be in contention to win, might still do alright with the jury though.

Wow.... I see it completely different. I found the heat with Jacqline the weakest and her song as well. It does not stand out at all and I would say it would end up as Tusse and "Voices". (which is of course a good placing, as Sweden use to do good at Eurovision). Jacqline is in my bottom Top3. I thought Scarlet should have won. But with this line up I would be up for Smash into Pieces, Marcus and Martinus, Maria Sur or Liamoo.
So N&Ms one is great while im watching it... Its really soectacular. But then afterwards i cant remember it, its gone out my head. Theres no real song there, its purely about the anazing club production and visuals.

Usually we have a very different taste but this time we seem to have pretty much the same top (except for Danny). And I'm with you in team Jacqline for the win. From the very first moment I saw and heard it. ❤
Marcus & Martinus are my realistic winner choice, (I wanted them to win last year with a song I preferred more than this years but that staging is undeniable!) I also enjoy Medina (glad to see there is still space for fun at melodifestivalen), Jacqline, Annika and Jay Smith.
I loved Dotters previous entries bulletproof and little tot (I would have loved her to represent Sweden with them) but this years does absolutely nothing for me personally.
Artists I enjoyed that didn't make it to the final were Adam Woods, Klaudy, Lia Larsson, Chelsea muco and Kim Cesarion. ❤

I think this is a much better final then most are making it out to be, weaker then previous years for sure though.

M&M, Jacqline and Liamoo are my favorites. After that comes Medina and Dotter. Maria has charisma and a good song, but she constantly sings out of tune.

I think we have a really good final this year even if my favorite didnt make it (Scarlet). I think I will only be disappointed if Dotter, Annika W, Lisa Ajax or Jay Smith win. The others are either amazing or good enough in my opinion! Cazzi and Medina är my favorites!

It was so hard to pick favourites this year! I think that most of these songs are very good, very presentable. They all have a chance to be in the top 10 at Eurovision, but I don't think any of them is the clear winner 🤔
That being said I am a bit bored of swedish polished pop, so my favorite was Scarlet for their theatrical effect, but since they did not get through I think I'd be happy with any of Cazzi, Medina, Smashing or Jacqueline simply because they are a bit different
Thank you for giving me another reason to vote for Dotter. Not the same god damn songwriters. Yes well staging and catchy tunes,, well great, but please give me MUSIC. Spend three years as a deaf dude writing a song, you know almost like a classical dude, give it a bit f work not just a really good Melfest production team.
Effortless is good, she is really good. But i will not vote for this, becouse a lot of shitty stuff can go on the backseat of a car that the police will take seriously. There are stupid boys out there you know. Its just too optimistic and therefor dangerous. I guess the dancing and the fact that it is a dance tune, make me think of physical moves rather than feelings of care and devotion.
I think M&M takes it this year. They have a good package with the staging and song. They're good performers and it's a bit different with a duo. We usually send solo acts to Eurovision. I liked Air, but they never had a chance against Loreen. This year's entree is pretty damn amazing though.
Jacqline is my personal favorite as well. Such a confident performance. She's really cool. Love the song. I think it's better than Unforgettable. But I don't get winner vibes from her entree in the same way as M&M this year. I think Jacqlines best entree is yet to come. Next year perhaps?

Please think about the Eurovision in may. Almost every country has a hardrock song. So if you want Smash Into pieces to win in the melodifestivalen it will BE very har for them to win concider it is already so many har rocksongs. Maybe Sweden should send another kind of song. I think Cazzi Opeia would do great in Eurovision. But also Dotter. 😍 Thank you for a great reaction.

Omg Shane, I was boiling with rage for hours after the drama of the final qualifier voting. I was so pissed that Scarlet didn't even get a chance to qualify because of this idiotic new voting system. And instead Jay qualified!? 😖 (nothing against him as a person!) The responsible barely dared to show up on the afterparty because of all the criticism. In short, we needed Scarlet in the finale, because they are breaking boundaries and I was completely taken by that performance/staging every second of it!🔥😈 Here it was perhaps a little less about the song, but all the more about an experience I rarely get. Could have fit in ESC with the lyrics "The show has just begun" and "La grand finale" 🔥😉.
Ok, you can be my Mello correspondent because I'm not going there unfortunately 🥰. To be honest, I haven't chosen a favorite yet, because it depends on the singing performance. Mainly thinking of Maria and Dotter. The ones it's about for me is:
- M&M, a complete number with high energy level and heavy beat!
(Probably my number one right now)
- Maria Sur, cool dynamic number I rave/"clubbing" with. She didn't hit all the notes, so hope for improvement. Why no 1 in the running order?
- Smash, really good song but vocally a bit weak.
- Dotter, good song that is growing on me, she can make it even better.
- Jacqline, captivating, but maybe that something little is missing in the melody to be at the top.
- Danny, positive EDM and strong vocally, good song, anthemic but a little too polished.
- Annika, I have to mention her because she is such an amazing singer with big pipes and power in expression. But it will not be enough compared to the other.
Love Liamoo, the song is good but not enough for me.

I loved Medina's song in 2022 and I really like their song this year aswell, however like you said, I dont think its as instantaneous as their previous attempt.
M&M's song is pretty good but I think im more impressed by the staging than the song,even if the song is decent.
Sweden can still pick a competent entry as a host country but I dont think anyone is expecting them to be in contention to win, might still do alright with the jury though.
