Kota Wellness provides high quality fitness and wellness activities to over 11 properties and 8,000 tenants. We aim to promote an overall increase in quality of life through our partnerships with property management and commercial office spaces. Our focus expands beyond the physical and into the realms of supportive mental health initiatives.
