I love a spinach salad! I use that same recipe, except I use raspberry balsamic vinaigrette, and it is soo good and delicious. really yummy!
Just made this salad and it was OMG delicious!!! That dressing is to die for! This has got to be my all time favorite salad! I did not deviate too far off base but had to roll with what I had on hand. I used a garlic dejon mustard and habanero infused honey in the dressing and it was killer and didn't make the dressing hot at all. I added a few red onions and topped it off with Maytag blue cheese crumbles. Simply delicious and I will definitely be making this again, most likely in about 5 hours from now!😁
Yum! We love sprinkling on some fresh blueberries on salads too!

I made this for a potluck today and it was the most commented about dish at the party :) very tasty! I used Boursin cheese instead of gorgonzola but the dressing was AMAZING. thx for this

Great recipe idea :) We love toasted nuts in our salads (pecans, walnuts, almonds, etc.), and we use our hot air popcorn popper to toast them. We usually toast a bunch at once so we have them on hand for a few days to also snack on.
I used blue cheese and walnuts because thats what I had on hand. But everything else was exact. Soooo Yummy! Thank you for sharing!

This makes me think of a salad I make to mimic the "Berry Almond Chicken Salad" Wendy's sells. Fresh romaine lettuce (or a good spring mix), strawberries, blueberries, chicken breast, almond slivers, and raspberry vinaigrette. Yummy and so fresh for summer!

Great recipe! To make this vegan, please use vegan cheeze crumbles and or vegan ranch dressing. Daiya makes both.

Just made this salad. We did not like it much. I used frozen strawberries from Sam's Club that I thawed out. Hard to get fresh in winter. I did not have Dijon mustard so simply ground half teaspoon of mustard seeds. The baby spinach did not go well with it. I am wondering if I should marinate it for hours to make it taste better?
I don't have any strawberries, not in season, but, do have raspberry bonbons?

@cheznazi I agree. I am the only person who is trying to eat healthy in my house and my fruits and greens goes badly quicker then I would like. So I just try to not buy a lot of stuff at once.
