I started learning Samba Pa Ti with Marty (/user/martyzsongs) which is a good start, but he doesn't do the whole song. Then I followed Ryan Newton's multiple-part tutorial. Pretty good, though kind of disorganized. This video from Tutarras Guitar Tutorials is by far the BEST. You provided the tabs on screen during the tutorial, plus the whole tab sheet on a separate link. What more could we ask for? Excellent!!

Laugh, exact the same order I started to learn this song. This tutorial here is the best. But quiet interesting is the difference where on the neck some licks were played. I prefer the way how it is shown here. As it is no slow playing at some special parts, the shorter and more economical my fingers can play, the cleaner and faster I get. And the same lick on the lower strings guarantees a fuller and richer sound. This piece has to be played very sensitively if it should work and that's the real difficulty. I do have a question/observation: in the second bar of Part 2, your tab ends in on the 9th fret of the A string. However, the video looks like and the audio sounds like it is the 9th fret of the D string. Yes? No? Many thanks.
Can you please tell me your amp settings and pedal settings to get that Santana tone? My guitar sounds like it's set up for a smooth jazz piece, which isn't what I want.

time keeping up. Much too fast. Break it down into
segments. Do your thing in the end.
On youtube you can alway slow the speed down using the settings button.
