Thak you very much for such inovation Ihave been tryingto do same re search here in Uganda East Africa and will be very great full if come in to help for my re search to be successful. Thanks
I have a soil sample, I spread it out on a paper, I can visually see bits of copper in it, I want to get a scan from top (like taking photograph) and the copper particles should illuminate in that scan/photo, how to do it? which kind of scanning technology should I use? I'm trying to show someone "Here the illuminating parts are copper bits, rest of the photo is just other soil minerals"
ok this is an interesting 3d project and before downloading stuff, what is the difference between Agisoft Photoscan Pro and free 3D Blender or some other free hobby 3D software? it seems like the 3d rendering software is the real magic to this cool project. 😎 thank you for some cool ideas.
I think that is great ! And you have build the Box, so I think you are half way from a ct X-ray Scan, maybe this site could help = physicsopenlab.org/2018/02/28/digital-radiography-diy/
An optical CT scanner can be built with lower quality cameras, but the SNR and resolution may be worse. The SNR may be compensated with longer exposure times.
How would this setup deal with reflected/bent light in CT scanning mode, say you scan a transparent bottle? Id think theres no way to correct for the errors.
Great question. Optical CT scanning does not work well for very reflective samples. If the light just reflects off and hits the camera sensor, it tells you no information about the absorption of the specimen. I can't think of ways to correct for this either.
Hello there, greetings can we use dense tissues like the human body for scanning soft tissue by increasing the LED or diffuser light intensity or power or if there any other solution. then, can you tell me! thank you
That's great. Minor part of the project, but I really liked that aluminum transfer technique too, might have to use that.
Absolutely, the toner transfer trick is slick. Thanks, Jeremy!
This is really cool missed this one!
God bless you for posting such videos!
Brilliant work bro!
Amazing!
Impressive work!
Thanks!
Well done!

The Great Job. Excellent.
Can this be done through mobile phone's camera and the size of the box can be 3 cubic feet?
Please guide me. Thanks

That's fuckin sick bro!!! Now to do this for humans

Congrats my friend, great project! Why not build a ct scan with x-ray?
Maybe next project! I thought x-rays would be too dangerous to handle, but Ben Krasnow had the guts to do it: ruclips.net/video/hF3V-GHiJ78/видео.html

Kindly provide me code because i got a job on this project and i have no idea what to do
does the dslr quality matter here or can you just use some cheap camera sensors and build a dome array?

You can always use X-ray
No description box
How do you made the sinogram for the Radon? In a program?
Good job, it's great!
Can you provide me the code of this project
can we use smartphone instead of digital camera for this scanner? and trigger for smartphone by bluetooth conection? is that poissible?
Yeah, there's an app for that
@@fugginahole what is the name of the app?
@@Ryo-cy9bm /s homie, sorry 😞
This is DOPE ! Have you submitted this project on hackaday.io ? If not I'd probably recommend it, it will get much more publicity. Nice job!
I don't even have a hackaday account, but I should make one. Thanks for the idea!
