Your English descriptions have improved so much over the months… FYI-this condo/townhouse has a patio as it’s on the ground floor, a balcony would be on the second floor (American) or first floor (European). Hi, Love your videos. I have a small question. At 3:20 you mention a "Gas Cooker" in the corner. It looks like you are pointing at a 4 x plate Electric Hob.? Is it gas or electric? Thanks ❤

I just have to say, with those visa requirements there is in Thailand now, it would be foolish to buy. They are not giving Farangs a fair deal, Thailand can kick you out at any time, even if you did nothing wrong.
Question: We constantly hear of the impending changes to the cannabis legislation. I am not aware of any reports of the negative impact of the current cannabis legislation (or lack of it) other than the guy throwing a fridge off a balcony, which turned out to be not due to cannabis. I would like to point out that I do not partake, but I am interested in why there is a large drive to fix something if it is not causing any problems, or is it?
We are really trying to get to Pattaya but it’s hard to find the property there who allow us to film. Also another channel here on RUclips who copied us, we think they have taken a lot of the opportunity.

When we call it a condo some people say it’s not 😂 and same with townhome. So we just decide to call it villa! 😅😊
