I had the same problem just go to the app settings and unbind any connections I connected to my wife's WiFi hot spot on her phone and started the whole procedure again and everything connected successfully hope that helps

I did not do any subscriptions. And the schedule has been working perfectly ever since. Just don’t forget to hit “save” if you change anything on your schedule, lol
I got my pet feeder and water fountain literally just 2 days ago and I have reached out to them explaining that I was missing a piece for the water fountain to function properly and so I didn’t even get to use it as the pet feeder is garbage and that would like to start a return they haven’t got back to me. I have reached out to them 3 separate times they have respond saying they have a lot of requests which sounds like a whole bunch of bs what is there to figure out I have the product didn’t like it and would like to send it back. They can respond to me/ the email but can’t say anything about me returning the product. I will be putting them on blast on everything if they don’t get back to. Ain’t no way I’m paying 200 dollars for Garbage stay away From this company and product it’s trash. Also for anyone considering buying this all the good features are locked behind a subscription which cost 60 dollars a month or 120 for a year. Wtf would i pay 60 a month every month and the only other option was 120 annual like I already spent 200 on the fountains and the pet feeder. I also them that their subscription was crazy and that at most i would pay is 10 dollars a month for the subscription.
That sounds bad. I’m still loving my feeder, and don’t pay anything for any subscription. What is the subscription for? For the video? I don’t have a video model.
