____ Necessary materials ____
For the dough:
4.5 cups of wheat flour (540 g).
1.5 glasses of water (300 ml).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g).
1 egg.
For the filling:
1 bunch of parsley.
4 green onions.
1 teaspoon of black pepper (4 g).
1 teaspoon of salt (4 g).
For Between and Frying:
Melted butter (150 g).
1 teaspoon of vegetable oil (90 ml).

Wow!! When I first saw the picture of this video, this recipe looked like it would be VERY hard to make! The finished product looks like something out of a GOURMET RESTAURANT and impossible for a simple home cook, like myself, but I still decided to watch the video. I am so GLAD I watched it!!! This is a very simple, low cost recipe that I think anyone could create with a little patience for beginners of course! I can't wait to try it. I bet you can put whatever spice combinations you like best. I bet it could even be made into a sweet desert bread if you used cinnamon and sugar instead of savory spices!

I can’t wait to make this. I’m in New York City and have been exposed to pastries from lots of different cuisines but this is a new one on me. I have a feeling getting the dough as thin and elastic as it is in the video is easier seen than done!

Janne, if you used all purpose flour it wld be tough to spread it she used whole wheat flour which is easier to roll out as resting the dough at intervals help release the gluten and makes it maleable. also dusting it with flour helps when rolling out. work on the edges never in thr centre to get it to get wider. Good luck. Also she is making huge ones and then cutting them in strips. You can scale it down in size to try it first. Good luck

Sweden here! Looks scrumptious! I imagine one of these hot with a bowl of fresh chilled vegetable soup like mint and green peas, or tomato and basil or a gaspacho makes the perfect summer lunch!
I also think this recepie could be adapted to make a heavely sweet pastry as well. Perhaps with some home ground cardamom, butter and grated marzipan?
I make a baked miniversion of these with flaky pastry for drinks and champagne with Parmesan, or Anchovies and chopped sundried tomato, but these I must try!

Заметила, что тесто пельменное. Россия. Нужно попробовать.
Казахстан. Очень интересный экономный ,бюджетный рецепт по нынешним реалиям. По моему , тесто можно замесить и без яйца и использовать только растительное масло. А начинку, вместо зеленого лука ,можно сделать из репчатого или любой зелени , у нас есть такая зелень (трава) - жусай или емди, как молодой зеленый чеснок. Я воспользуюсь вашим рецептом , мне понравилось что лепешки получились слоенные . У нас в Казахстане наподобие таких продают.

у нас в Молдове точно так же делают как вы сказали) просто обычное тесто и только растительное масло ) и слоенные лепешкие делают с разными начинками) кто то делает с зеленью и творогом, кто то с кортофельным пюре + лук и тд ) на что фантазии хватит с тем и делают ) обожаю эти слоенные лепешки
Конечно,это можно делать с любой зеленью,добавлять любые специи,можно с разными сортами капусты,с белокочанной пекинской,красной,только нежные части листьев класть;
Можно вообще сделатьсладкий вариант с маковой,с ореховой начинкой,с обсып кой( слив масло ,сахар-песок,мука в соотношении 1:1:2),, можно сухофруктами(измельчить),с сыром (натереть на крупной тёрке )
Слюной можно подавится😂

I just made it 😍🎉. It is much easier to make than I thought initially. Thank you so very much for this recipe. I am sad that I can't share photos with people so they see how good it comes up when you just follow what you showed. I made 2 variants using your dough. One I made as you did and the second I made the same dough and then I filled it with spinach and cheese, rolled it and rolled it in a circle and put in an oven. Both ways it is delicious. Thank you once more, this goes to my cook book for safe keeping for next generations. çok teşekkürler

@@lindyantonides867 not sure really as gluten is what makes the dough able to strech so much. I never made gluten free dough so can't really help you with that. Maybe someone has figured out how to make it.
