Yay you made the nutella ice cream. I like that you that you made 3 different ways. Some of your fans don't have these gadgets but they can have amazing ice cream thanks to you.
Yes! What's fun about this new way of shooting is that I don't shoot several weeks ahead at one time like I used to so that it's easy to take requests based on viewer feedback! Much more fun that way :)
Thank you for all different styles of making the nutella ice cream , and just seeing the last one 8 am going to try it . I am also happy yiur dog George is doing better ,
With it being so hot this summer. I would scoop of this ice cream in a cup of black coffee for dessert Affogato and a side of fruit. Thank you Beth for this recipe.
I love affogato, but found out that plain vanilla ice cream is the best for it for a taste! I have not tried it with nutella ice cream though which also has chocolate in it, so I need to fix this mistake!
I'm loving these recent videos you've shot yourself, it makes them have a different air to them like, there's a stronger connection between you and us, it looks really nice and more approachable :)
I totally get what you mean! I feel it too :) And think this format is much better for creating a sense of community and in fact delivering better information. Since I'm right in the moment it's easier to impart all the tips and tricks I think of while I'm cooking :) So glad to hear you are enjoying it too! :)
Beth, I could listen to you all day. You are the sweetest most wonderful chef around. You make everything so interesting and deliciously. Thanks for another great recipe!
Love this! They all look delicious and thank you so much for giving different options, not just the “best” one. I’m not in a position to invest in an ice cream machine but now I’ve got 2 choices for making this depending on what’s most suitable at the time. So thanks for being so considerate as well as sharing such great recipes. And your dog is adorable!!
Wow! So thoughtful to give us 3 versions of this recipe! I enjoy all of your videos, you are like a friendly neighbor! Happy about Goerge too, what a sweet courageous Dog!
Ha! Aww thank you :). I'm so glad you have been enjoying them! I feel like you guys are all friendly neighbors too! Stopping by on Sat mornings for coffee and a new recipe :) LOL!
Perfect video Beth! To incorporate air into my ice cream version #1, I whisk the whipping cream in the stand mixer, then fold in condensed milk and flavourings. Turns out much lighter in texture.
Yay George! This was such an informative video. Please do more like this... low.. mid... and high tech and what the difference in outcomes are. It was great!
Omg Beth you are my favorite chef on RUclips. I really missed watching your amazing videos. I learned so much from you, I mean so so much. I have been following you for many years. Thanks and God bless 🥰🥰
Aww that's so nice to know! I'm so glad you have learned things! That's really my biggest goal (and joy!) To be able to inspire people to be the best cook they can be and create lasting memories around the table with family and friends :) Thanks so much for the support!!
You could absolutely turn this into Strawberry Ice Cream by making a strawberry Puree (seen in this video ruclips.net/video/2CDl86aTjec/видео.html) and adding that in instead of the Nutella!
I’m really liking this style of your videos! I think we get a lot more information/details for each ingredient and each step for making the dish, which is very helpful!

I'm so glad it was helpful! :). Hope you enjoy the ice cream it's pretty delicious! :) And yes it's so rewarding to see George walking again! Such a blessing :)
Wonderful video Beth! One thing I must say, the video quality is superb! ❤️ When you first started shooting and editing fully by yourself, you were testing all the video settings one by one, and that effort really showed amazing results! Honestly, the video quality is so smooth and pleasing to the eyes, I may even mistaken it as professionally produced if I didn't know you done everything by yourself! Wonderful!! ❤️
Aww that's so kind of you to say :) I'm getting there! LOl! Although still working out the kinks on the audio! I keep forgetting to hit record on the audio recorder ha! So sometimes I then have to rely on the camera mic which isn't as good! But hey Rome wasn't built in a day :). So glad you have stuck with me as I figure it out! Ha! truly means a lot :) xo
Oh.... George is so adorable. Hope he gets better soon. ♥️. I always make ice cream at home and done have a machine. I use my electric hand mixer or standing mixer to whip the cream and condensed milk and that makes it smooth. Want to try the Nutella. Thanks for this Beth.
I hope you enjoy it! And yes George is making an incredible comeback! He only had a 30% chance of ever walking again so to see the progress he has made is just incredible! :)

Love your personality 😊 this recipe looks delicious, a must try for summer, and sweet George , such a lucky dog to be with a family so devoted to him 😊
Aww thanks :). So glad you enjoyed it! George is such a "fur baby" LOL! We all just adore the little guy! And I think he feels it ha! And I think that has allowed him to heal quickly so he doesn't miss out on any of the belly rubs! The power of love! Ha!

Beth they all look delicious. And I agree with you on the last one because just seeing the texture you can see it's really ice cream. Lol. But thanks so much for sharing these ideas of how doing this ice cream for those who do not have the correct supply to do it but can also enjoy a good dessert. God bless and stay safe. Glad to know that George is doing great. He is so adorable. ❤
Ah. OK for a nut-free version, use melted Bittersweet Chocolate the same amount in each recipe of Nutella. That will get you a better texture than the Coco Powder. :) I wouldn't use semi-sweet as that would be too sweet against the sweetened condensed milk but OK in the egg based custard version :). Hope that helps!
Great video and I can't wait to try the A- version on my KA Artisan. Recipe #3 was completely different and not really a fair comparison.....how would the machine have done with the same recipe?
We made your Nutella ice cream today using an ice cream machine. Oh dear heaven. I can never go back to normal ice cream. I didn't even know it was national ice cream day! Thank you!
Wow, so really happy to see George getting better & pray he progresses even more ❤️ Loved that you showed 3 ways of making the Nutella ice-cream. I must say although all of them I believe are really good, my fave one would be the 3rd method from the way it scoops up & the texture..can’t wait to try it out. Thanks Beth😊
Thank you for an awesome video! I will try the Nutella Ice Cream version with the egg yolks. I already have the ice cream maker you used. I may make Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches. Yum Yum. So glad to see George is doing better. He's so adorable.
Oh we are too! He's just the cutest :). and it's such a joy to witness his speedy recovery! I hope you enjoy the ice cream! Now that I have 6 tubs of it in my freezer I'm really tempted to whip up a batch of my peanut butter cookies and turn it into ice cream sandwiches with those! I think that would be pretty divine! Ha! :)
So glad you enjoyed it! And yes George is really doing great! So happy to se him make such a dramatic recovery! Especially when the doctor said his chances were so slim! He showed that vet whose boss! LOL!! :)
Loved that you showed three different ways based on what people might have in their kitchen and that you did a taste test to demonstrate the difference and what situation it'd be appropriate for! Your freezer must be filled with Nutella ice cream right now.... 😄😄
LOL! It is! I have 6 tubs of it LOL! We keep eating it and discussing the differences and our favorites! I stand by my favorite but also really like the second one too ha! Kids and Hubby love the second one too! They keep fighting over that one! LOL!
Entertaining With Beth LOL! You are so dedicated, Beth! 😄 I’ve made vanilla and chocolate ice cream the second way and it was sooo good. The third one looks really decadent and delicious! You really can’t go wrong with any of them.
Am so proud of you! Way to go for making it work . The taping great. Oooooo I pick number 2 no egg for us. Again your doing great keep up the good work. Next PASTA 😁 I can't wait. Take care ❣️
Thank you so much! I'm trying ha! So glad you have been enjoying my efforts! LOL! Still a few kinks to work out but I'm getting there! Yes stay tuned for the pasta next week it's really yummy! :)
Thank you for making such a cheerful video! These latest videos just seem extra special. It brightened our day :) I love how tickled you are at the little things like not having your glasses lol. Our two favorite homemade ice creams are Nutella and lemon (just milk, sugar, cream, juice, and zest 😋). I’ll have to try your Nutella recipe. We use a traditional ice cream maker with rock salt and ice. We just have it running outside because it can be messy! I could never get the freezer bowl kind to stay cold enough to finish the batch.
Ha! It's so funny because as I age I really cannot see much without my reading glasses! It's kinda comical! Love the idea of the old ice cream making method with the rock salt! I've always wanted to try that :) But good to know it can be messy and might be better to make outside! Ha! :)
Beth..Ok..I couldnt wait til bedtime..had to watch it after I had my light dinner 'snack' ..So, thats how Iv made ice-cream before..also did the shaking it in a bag ..and shuvving it in a bucket of ice..I have alot of priority things Im hoping to buy..I hope someone will want to impress ME..instead.!!hihi..I take your word for it that it's worth the effort..love it!!😃🍨
Hi Beth, you made my youngest son day!!!! He a Nutella lover so this is prefect. I’m gonna try for sure. What do yo7 think the Kitchen Aid ice ceam attach? Thanks
Aww so happy to hear it!! Ya know I have never used their Ice Cream attachment mainly because I never knew about it and then had all these ice cream machine lying around LOL so never needed it! But now I'm sort of curious how it works! If you try it let me know :)
OMG, loved all 3 versions. Will try the popsicle experiment and see how it works, and will definitely try the second option too. Not have an ice-cream maker yet. You're doing amazing videos, and your tips and suggestions are so good, thanks so much! Btw, the orzo salad was a hit in this house, thanks! Hope you're having a lovely summer.
Oh I'm so glad you enjoyed the Orzo salad! That's one of my favorites too this time of year! So easy and good :) Keep me posted on the popsicles! I'd love to know what those are like :) I bet they would be good!!
Oh that would be so good! I keep thinking about the lavender ice cream too ha! a few years back I made a lavender creme brûlée and it was SO good! ruclips.net/video/9U5D6Cp9FDs/видео.html
Your show is way better than TV show Cooking channel that's just boring same thing, your shows there's here and there about something different, I really really enjoy all of your shows...You are really A++ mother
This is amazing Beth :)! I’ve been a subscriber for years (since your full party menu videos!) and have tried countless recipes, so I’m excited to try this one out! How can I swap out the Nutella if I wanted to make different flavours, like strawberry or mocha? Thank you!! :)
Oh sure. So just swap the Nutella same amount for any type of fruit puree (1lb fruit, 1/4 cup water, 1/4 cup sugar. Simmer until soft then blend in blender) or you could also do 3/4 of melted bittersweet chocolate + a shot of espresso or 2 tsp instant coffee for mocha :) So glad you have enjoyed the recipes! And thanks also for all your support over the years! I miss those menu videos :( Hope to bring them back one day!!
Entertaining With Beth thank you so much Beth!! :) I sure miss those videos too but I love these current ones just as much (they feel so organic and homey!) Glad George is doing better as well!
Thanks for the recipes!ill have to try the second version since I don’t have a stand mixer or a ice cream maker but I’m going to try to hand mix it. For the last recipe with eggs that’s so cool you’re making a frozen custard? I’ve had it once before in Columbus oh.
It's totally delicious! You'll be happy with the second one! It could be even easier to whip the cream if you can put it in a mason jar and shake!!!! :) That might be easier than by hand :)
BETH have I told you how great you are;; I just Love Love Love your cooking shows,, all the details you give is wonderful and I’ve learned so much from you. Keep up the awesome job Beth and for taking me too my happy place 🐻🦊,,, Dianne Ps. I really liked your birthday present :) and Happy 4 th of July 💥🌹
Hi Beth! Loved this!!! just one question: would it be possible to make the custard option and pop it in the freezer (whisking in between of course)? Thank you :)
@@EntertainingWithBeth IT WAS A HIT! It is probably not AS creamy as yours but it was so much better than I expectec! Soooo good! Love you!! :) kisses from Buenos Aires - Argentina!

Oh yes that one, The Salted Caramel Ice Cream is his FAVORITE! So good!!! Recipe is here: entertainingwithbeth.com/salted-caramel-ice-cream-recipe/ and yes that little pup is a Fighter! Totally inspired by this miraculous creature!
@@EntertainingWithBeth Thank You Beth! I will need to give it a whirl! The last recipe is absolutely delicious! Never buying the store bought stuff again!
I go vintage at times, and have a few fridge, and freezer manuals that are post WWII, to the 1960's. It seems freezer desserts were all the rage for a short time. many of the manuals use the ice cube trays without the dividers to make ice milks etc. I didn't go and re read them, but remember some had instructions to go into the freezer every hour or so, and using a fork, or spoon to mix the slush, sometimes scraping with a fork to fluff up the dessert as it started to set.
That's so funny because I remember my grandmother being "all about freezer desserts" too. She used to make this ice cream roll up cake that was pretty delicious! Ha!
Your ice cream look so beautiful, Beth, and you look so cute and adorable in pink, my dear friend. What did you enjoy about making ice cream? I'm looking forward to your chocolate cherry cake, sweetie.
Love your Channel! Blessings for sweet George, dogs are definitely angels with four legs! Hope he will be using all four legs very soon! Happy 4th of July and can’t wait to make some ice cream 😃
What would you suggest for someone who has an ice cream machine but does not want to make the egg custard version? Just whisk everything together and put it in the machine, or hand mix the heavy cream, then fold in the rest and then put it in the machine?
There’s just no one like you, Beth. You are a bright light in a dark world right now. I thought that story about buying your husband an ice cream maker was so cute.
LOL! So funny :) Be hey he doesn't complain when I whip up that salted caramel ice cream for him Ha! Thank you for your kind words :). I'm so glad you enjoy the videos!
So Beth, just some feedback here from an old time subbie. This is not criticism, I'm trying to be constructive. This is a lot different to your previous style of videos and the quality has dropped a certain amount but it feels so much less cookery show and so much more like we are friends on a zoom call cooking together and I absolutely love it! This is brilliant and feels so much more personal. Huge 👍 from me...
Thank you so much for that I totally get what you mean! As much as I REALLY miss the pretty videos with the pretty food shots and the professional quality, I can see why this format is better. Better for viewers, better for me and frankly better for RUclips. I think I never would have realized that if I wasn't forced in to it by the pandemic :) But I find I can be more myself in this format, less guarded and less stiff? More like a real person, and less like a "host". Which I think is more fun to watch and has made me of better service to the viewer because I can be a better teacher this way :). It's funny how life can push you in a direction you didn't think to go in, which turns out to be better :). But I still miss the pretty shots ha! But what we all gain in this format, I think justifies giving them up :) And then I can focus on the pretty shots for my blog :) Thank you for your honest feedback it truly means a lot!
Oh sure! You could absolutely try that! I bet that would make it less-dense since it would put air and lift into it. If you try it report back! Because now I'm curious what it would taste like :). I bet you'll definitely have better texture!
You are one of the hardest working YTubers! Thank you for this... We got 3 recipes!! Question: would periodically stirring #1 while in the freezer help with aeration? I think I'd try adding pretzels in these recipes as you suggested. Happy 4th of July to your family and cheering George to full health 🙌
Ya know that is a really good question! You could try that with the first one but my instant is that it may not be enough to get you the lift. But hey try it and see what you think! :)
My freezer is so packed I couldn't fit my ice cream maker bowl in! So I'll go ahead and try no.2, which I'm sure will be delicious. I think my previous failures with ice cream was not having someone like yourself to develop the perfect recipe! Throwing everything that looks yummy into your ice cream machine, saying a prayer and switching it on doesn't quite work!!😜
Hi Beth, I looove Nutella but my Nutella is low :( anyways can you make a recipe of like a coconut cream gallate because at my adult friends house we made a shortbread crust with this coconut cream filling and toasted pineapple and banana! But I don’t know the recipe my coconut milk is light
Hi Beth, you are just a delightful person and so patient to have done all this . Although I'm not a fan of nutella at all. I've never made ice cream, but lately it's been on my radar..lol...isn't there an attachment for the kitchenaid mixer for making icecream? Anyway it's good to see " george" getting better. Merci beaucoup pour cette recette..lol...showing off my two words of French .
Tres Bien! Votre Francais est parfait! :) Yes there is an Ice Cream attachment for the Kitchen Aid Mixer. Although I don't own it, with a collection of ice cream makers on hand lol! You could totally sub the Nutella for the same amount of melted Bittersweet Chocolate :). That would also be REALLY good!
@@EntertainingWithBeth lol..you made my day Beth. O.k I will try it soon. You're the best thanks again. Enjoy the weekend love. And don't worry about the videos the quality looks just fine to me. A bientot...😎
Hmm I would try the date sugar first since it will dissolve in the warming of the cream mixture. I'm not a huge fan of Stevia for the after taste it leaves. I'm intrigued about Monk Fruit? Does it come in granulated form like the date sugar? If so you certainly could try that too!
Oh sure you could do a fruit puree for Strawberry, Blueberry, or Cherry Ice Cream etc.Just simmer down 1lb of fruit, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water simmer until tender. Then mash with a fork or potato masher and add like you would the Nutella :). Hope you enjoy!
Yay you made the nutella ice cream. I like that you that you made 3 different ways. Some of your fans don't have these gadgets but they can have amazing ice cream thanks to you.

We made your Nutella ice cream today using an ice cream machine.
Oh dear heaven. I can never go back to normal ice cream. I didn't even know it was national ice cream day! Thank you!
LOL! I know right?! So good! It's actually better that's it's a bit time consuming, otherwise it would be REALLY dangerous!! Ha!
Thank you, Beth. 🙏🏼💕
You are so welcome!
Yes the third one really is my favorite! :) Hope you enjoy!!
Ha! :)
Love all the three versions and love George too💕💕💕. Thank you for the recipes💕💕
Glad you like them! Hope you enjoy! :)
I love how excited you are about this ice cream !!! ❤️❤️
I know right?! Ha! It's that's good! LOL!
I believe all 3 kinds are really yummy. Thank you so much for sharing the recipes. And George has all my sympathies 💗
So glad you enjoyed it! And yes George is really doing great! So happy to se him make such a dramatic recovery! Especially when the doctor said his chances were so slim! He showed that vet whose boss! LOL!! :)
I just made this today! Thank you Beth!! Can't wait to try it tomorrow :P
Hope you like it! Let me know what you think! And which one you made? :)
@@EntertainingWithBeth I tried the second technique (kitchen-aid)! It turned out amazing!! Light and creamy:) Thanks again Beth!
Ha! :)
Yum yum. Definitely sill try this flavor ice cream. Most times I just make vanilla or coconut.
Hope you enjoy
I’m going to try the first recipe at home.... awww poor George I’m glad he’s getting better....thanks for sharing❤️
So glad you enjoyed it! :) Yes George is a little walking miracle! Ha! So inspiring to see! :)
Beth..Ok..I couldnt wait til bedtime..had to watch it after I had my light dinner 'snack' ..So, thats how Iv made ice-cream before..also did the shaking it in a bag ..and shuvving it in a bucket of ice..I have alot of priority things Im hoping to buy..I hope someone will want to impress ME..instead.!!hihi..I take your word for it that it's worth the effort..love it!!😃🍨
Oh it is totally worth the effort! Ha! :)
Yummmmmmy!
Have been waiting for this to pop up since the last (also amazing and delicious) video. :p thmaxxx
So glad you enjoyed it! :) Really yummy in all versions. Hope you enjoy! :)
Wow George is doing so much better!!! I adore him 💕❤️
Isn't he?! The guy is unstoppable! LOL! Such an inspiration!
Such a good video, love the variety of methods! Do you think you could make some sort of lavender or lemon ice cream for the summertime?
Oh that would be so good! I keep thinking about the lavender ice cream too ha! a few years back I made a lavender creme brûlée and it was SO good! ruclips.net/video/9U5D6Cp9FDs/видео.html
Awww! I wish George many blessings and a speedy recovery🐶🙏🏼❤️🙏🏼
Thank you!! He's such a little fighter that one! So cute to see him make a come back! :)
Your show is way better than TV show Cooking channel that's just boring same thing, your shows there's here and there about something different, I really really enjoy all of your shows...You are really A++ mother
So easy!
I know right?! It's the best Nutella Fix! :)
Yum! I absolutely love Nutella, will definitely try this. I currently have some Nutella croissants in the oven. 😉🙌🏼👍
Oh my now that sounds pretty fantastic! :)
3 ways! What a treat :) thank you Beth. Happy 4th!
Same to you!! :)
Aww thanks Diane! I'm so glad you enjoy the videos! And the birthday present LOL! This is what happens after being married for 20 years LOL!
Hi Beth! Loved this!!! just one question: would it be possible to make the custard option and pop it in the freezer (whisking in between of course)? Thank you :)
Oh sure you could try that too! Maybe shake it every hour or so? Let me know how that goes because now I'm curious!! :) Ha!
@@EntertainingWithBeth IT WAS A HIT! It is probably not AS creamy as yours but it was so much better than I expectec! Soooo good! Love you!! :) kisses from Buenos Aires - Argentina!
awww so happy to hear about George! xo
We are too! That little guy is such a trooper! ❤😍
GREAT
I like to try the second one
Yep. Solid choice! :). Hope you enjoy!
Oh my goodness!. They all look great! I think I will try the last one! So glad to get an update on George, he is a trooper!. Please share some of your French ice cream recipes that you make for your husband too when you can. Saw that vanilla one in your shot! Happy 4th of July friend!
YOU HAD ME AT NUTELLA!! 😋😋
LOL! I know right?!
Love your Channel! Blessings for sweet George, dogs are definitely angels with four legs! Hope he will be using all four legs very soon!
Happy 4th of July and can’t wait to make some ice cream 😃
Oh they are! Such Angeles with powerful lessons to teach :) It's been completely amazing to watch his recovery! Like a miracle unfolding :)
What would you suggest for someone who has an ice cream machine but does not want to make the egg custard version? Just whisk everything together and put it in the machine, or hand mix the heavy cream, then fold in the rest and then put it in the machine?
Love your ice cream ! Love George ! :) xxxx
So glad you enjoyed them both! Ha! :)
OMG I just brought heavy cream to make ice-cream and can't decide what flavour should I make.. 😃♥️
Ha! Perfect timing! :)
@@EntertainingWithBeth that's exactly it! Glad you understand:)
Hello Beth! Can you use the two ingredient method in the ice cream maker?
Throwing everything that looks yummy into your ice cream machine, saying a prayer and switching it on doesn't quite work!!😜
LOL! Yeah that doesn't always work ha! Best to have a plan ha! Hope these help! :)
I love your recipes and your doggie George !! a real baby
Ha! Oh he is! Just the best! :) Love that little guy, such a trooper!
"It's not deafening" LOL LOL
May I ask where do we get that mini whisk with the long handle that you usually use ?
Oh sure here it is! :) So handy!! amzn.to/3g6WYpv
Oh no I've never heard of this dessert? It's called a Galley? Is it like a pudding?
Ooops I meant gallate
Awww Gooo George 🙌
He's doing so great now! A true medical miracle! He showed that doctor who said he wouldn't walk again! Such an inspiration!
Can you set a date sugar for other sweeteners like Monk fruit or Stevia
Hmm I would try the date sugar first since it will dissolve in the warming of the cream mixture. I'm not a huge fan of Stevia for the after taste it leaves. I'm intrigued about Monk Fruit? Does it come in granulated form like the date sugar? If so you certainly could try that too!
Sorry..just saw version #2..the best!
‘’Quick and easy, down and dirty”...love it...
LOL! So true :) Nothing fancy but totally delicious!
For those of us who are not a fan of chocolate, what would be a substitute for the chocolate
Yayy George😍
Isn't he the cutest?! Ha!
@@EntertainingWithBeth Soo cuteee.. Those eyes❤
Beth hunny you did not have to over-enunciate the THICC nutella lololol. love seeing you
Oh yes those ice creams sound wonderful! :) One of my favorites we get in France is Lavender Ice Cream which is SO good!
