Overdraft facility mostly Fixed deposit against de jati
Cash credit k liye koi zaruri nhi hai mortgage krvana financial docs k behalf par bhi diya jata hai.
Time period bhi koi fixed nhi hota defferent Bank me different hai.
Dono cases me same account Bhi ho sakta hai alag se bhi ho sakta hai.
Depends on bank NBFC policy.

I am Confused in Housing Loan and Education Loan ....
Please Clearify Sir....
housing loan is taken for purchasing of home. In home loan, your house which you purchase is being mortgage.
but education loan to be taken for your education. It can be repay after your education.
sir abi mene 12 lakh ki turnover bank me show kar ke 3 lakh ki cc karwai h agar next year meri turnover 12 lakh se kam ho jati h to kya cc limit bhi kam ho jayegi

How to treat cc in final account.....
CC is a type of loan to meet the working capital needs of a business concern.
Treatment in final account:-
Treat it as Current liability in case of Credit balance and shown in the Balance sheet "as a Current liability" in liability side.
In case of Debit balance:
Shown under asset side of Balance sheet as "Cash at Bank"
It is better to narrate or explain in english hope you understand 😊
