Sir I have a doubt, as the factor will pay 80% in advance to the client, then why will it pay the rest of the 20% after receiving from the customer? Won't it keep any balance/ interest?
Because he extra charges for his service
Bro factor has to take commission..no one will provide any service in free.That's why factor makes 80% advance payment and will provide remaning 20% after deduct his commision from remaining 20% at the time of maturity...if he provides all amount..then how he will get commission..hope you understand.
The factor will enter into a contract with the vendor about his commission called Factorage. The factor will deduct his factorage from the rest 20% leftover amount and will give the rest to the vendor.

Dear sir, small doubt ,as you have mentioned forfeitors are acting without recourse, in that case since the forfeitor is acting as an agent, whether in case of any litigation how he would be acting as legitimate holder in due course of NI based on which the agreement with the seller has been entered into. San recourse clasue will apply in this case ? As banks role in case of FUBP and FUBN or FDBP or FDBN is different, whether forfeitors also enjoy same potentiality as like banker ?
