How does it compares to Tesla Sentry mode? Does it triggers itself when someone hits your car with his door or only in case of an accident?
@@papapa1114 Sentry Mode is better. Sends video to your phone, records 24/7, alerts you when activated, you can pull up live feed of cars exterior and interior. Can also limit speed if vehicle is stolen which doesn’t happen much because it’s so difficult to steal.
Does it notify me if someone bumps my car or scratches it as well? or if someone just walks around suspiciously?

Unfortunately it does not work on all models, I have a Mercedes e300de from 2019. I bought this package and it does not work, although in the description when I bought it appeared 360 guard.
A little disappointed and you can't get money back. I honestly had this package so I wouldn't buy a dash cam.

This would be up to the individual insurance company, they are better suited to answer your question.
What can i do when the app does not send the info to my merc? I got everything that is available for it .but can use in the car or activate the windows with the app for example 😢

Hello! The dash cam can be offered as an optional on several models. Its availability is specific for each country.
Ok, the key thing is the first thing my wife, her sister and mom need.
They don’t know where their car keys are at any given moment.
I mean, I could have a bullet in my chest and need to be rushed to the ER, and I’d bleed out because my wife can’t find her keys.
Car keys are like Kryptonite to her.
I just got a collision recognition. When i open the Mercedes me app it show me the Guard 360 Protection logo. Does this mean that the collision got recorded? And if so, where can I get the footage/snap shots?
