I feel contrary. I think Rowan Atkinson is the engineer of humour when it comes to humans and after experimenting enough he has figured it out. His manners appear more like totally calculated instead of natural and by instinct.
I can see a Mr Bean skit where he's driving around trying to find his hotel. Accidentally ends up on a race track and starts overtaking professional drivers left and right while obliviously looking around for anything that resembles a hotel.
Half way through his car seems to be making a clunking sound. So he drives into a pit stop thinking it's a mechanic. The crew impressed with him, changes his wheels and fills up his car.
Mr Bean impressed with the speedy service gives one of the crew a tip before driving off.
Replace the tip with a voucher (expired, of course) and I can totally see it too.

I was a bit disappointed that they did made a special run, where Mr. Atkinson would start dressed up as Mr. Bean and drive Mr. Beans car.
Well Ethan Hunt stay true to his Stuntman nature in his run. Because he finished the lap on 2 wheels

The fact that he really does have some pretty serious driving experience and was still able to act silly while driving that course should tell people that he is one of the greatest comedians ever.

Rowan had a stuttering problem which contibuted to him limiting his talking in his early career but later recognized that by letting his visual expressions and actions talk for him he was able to reach a much wider audience with his comedic genius. Other than the “Mr Bean” character he played other roles where he was extremely verbal and articulate

I find myself coming back to this video quite often for two reasons.
1. Watching a legend ace the track and come out on top of the ladder
2. love how humble he is with his words even after being on top.

He got a little bit teary eyes after learning he's the fastest, I don't care what people say but it's a good accomplishment against other celebrities.

I always had a feeling that "Mr Bean" is a great driver. If you watch The Curse of Mr Bean episode, after the swimming pool scene in the car park, the way his able to control his vehicle and perfectly reverse park with speed is so natural. When I reverse park I have to look both my mirrors simultaneously and still get it wrong lol.

Im from Mexico and the entire bbc channel disappear from sky(one of the fanciest´s broadband tv service) thanks to the racist jeremy and hammond( i thought that they were hillarious...but they messed up even with politicians for their bullshit talk in the tortilla car episode...)

The coolest thing is that he seemed to drive quite normally, not nervously, not aggresively, as if he was going slowly. He did some expressions and grimaces of course, but then again that's his second nature.

Okay but that was such a clean lap: he was so smooth on the entry and he hit all the apexes very precisely and used up all the track that was given to him on exit, and is right on the limit of the tires everywhere as you can hear the tires chirp. What a proper driver!

Well, that's if you haven't ever seen any of his movies. I highly recommend Johnny English and Johnny English Reborn, amazingly hilarious movies. Also, many people don't know this but Rowan Atkinson is highly educated, before his career in media and entertainment he went to university and he holds a PhD degree in Electrical engineering from Oxford university with an IQ of over 120. A brilliant mind and a brilliant talent.
I'd recommend against basing assumptions of intelligence on IQ. But yes, Rowan Atkinson is brilliant, and JE Reborn was even better than the first.
I would recommend his performance in Blackadder for 4 series, he's one of the greatest tv anti-heroes.
Actually almost everybody with a degree has an IQ of at least 120. I have 125+ and I am an absolute buffoon! I bet Rowan has an IQ of at least 135, if not higher...

He don't need to be. When he is so good with so many traits. That already placed him ahead of 99.9% of the people in the world. These days you can easily build a strong & good looking body but being versatile and skilled in so many areas doesn't only happen with practice you need atleast a little bit of skill or touch of it from the get go.

Indeed. Hearing him speaking, he was like trying to lower all espectations, but he was looking up to the very top of the board all the time. He was basically questioning himself, am I first, second, third, fourth?
