  • MAJOR PRIVACY CONCERN: Microsoft Windows 11 AI Recall Takes Screenshots Of Every Single Website You Visit, Photo Viewed, Every Application Click, Word Typed, Password Revealed, And Search Performed - Promising To Keep Record Local. Future Updates Could Change This.
THIS ONLY COMES ON COPILOT+ COMPUTERS AND MOST LIKELY WILL NOT HAVE SUCH ACCESS UNLESS THEY MAKE IT SOMEHOW ACCESSIBLE TO BE PERFORMED ON CLOUD - NO INFORMATION ON THIS AT THIS TIME.

Before mentioned: I realize video clip volume was not enhanced - I've had to work a lot recently, and didn't have as much free time to edit this one. More important tutorials are more carefully edited.

Thank you, I have noticed that updates usually mean less privacy.

That's what I'm anticipating, and another reason I like the hardware I do.
AI is a surveillance technology at its core. And they will integrate personal data collection into everything commercial.

*For Clarity:* As mentioned in video, ONLY currently coming on Copilot+ computers with specific chip - not all Windows 11 updates. Governments will have access to another build of Windows without this, for those with sensitive environments. So for now, not yet considered a major threat to most users (unless some kind of remote cloud usage comes into options).

Good vid (yet scary vid) as usual.
Question, could you do a review on 'cloaked' to see if its a honeypot or ligit.

I haven't used their service (atm don't have any plans to purchase).
Can be hard to know 100% how any company will go. For example, recently we saw skiff come out as a provider for protecting privacy. Then, skiff was resold and customers knew nothing until afterwards.
This can happen to any company, and no way of knowing for sure which direction things may go.
And this is why I am hesitant on recommending any commercial products - I wouldn't stake my reputation on something I can't control / predict.
This is why I pretty much place focus on open source related options.

Wont be active on government computers. Which means the option has a way to be turned off.

100% true - I meant to throw that in, as there are different revisions of Windows and some will not come with it, though I did mention at this time, it will only be on copilot+ computers.
      Thanks for your comment!

Recall will only be featured on the Copilot + ARM PCs with the Snapdragon X Plus and Snapdragon X Elite chips.. For the vast majority of Windows 11 users running Windows on x86 architecture PCs, they have nothing to worry about, Recall will not run on their computer. For some reason you not giving the full story in this video.

I mentioned (at least once, possibly twice) it only to come on copilot+ computers with specific chip.
Since still a concern to many following chan, not going to downplay too hard. Video recorded off the cuff, without any major edits, as short on time.
      Thanks for your comment!

thought you’d find it interesting. They connect to your phone through SIM card so I’m guessing you’d have to buy new phone and spoof hardware identifiers before connecting to secure network without SIM card. Or use a lora type device
Once they connect through your SIM card then they will have all device identifiers to remain persistent.
Your isp pushes firmware update that allows Feds to mitm your network. You’d have to spoof your modem/router but isp could refuse service if you don’t allow their spy firmware update.
Pretty sure it’s illegal to connect to cell tower with spoofed phone identifiers.
If you somehow do all that with clean devices and they are still getting in, then it has to be some kind of rf hacking that can bypass software security

      Heyy what up Rob? 😁
I definitely don't trust sim cards and blackbox modem. 😉
Another reason I prefer to use computers where possible - older ones as I don't trust the latest tech to be less invasive, if anything, it will become more invasive IMHO (can't really trust that which we can't audit see and all). 😬
To relate, I made a video on SIM cards separate computer / OS and binary SMS a couple years back you might like it: ruclips.net/video/U4h6YuDxmLo/видео.html
And to think some who control operating system updates are also acting as root certificate authorities... 🤪
You might see where I'm going with this comment. 🕶️
I still like having a phone, for the convenience and as a mobile data supply. 🤓

I experimented with my phone. Removing SIM card then factory resetting. I tried to connect to my wifi without SIM card and my phone will not connect. I screen recorded and it shows that it connects for a split second then turns off. My router shows that my phone is connected, which means they have some kind of persistent spyware that can stay on your machine after factory reset. They are also not allowing the device to connect to Wi-Fi unless the SIM card is in.

That does sound very interesting. Kind of like how they changed smartphones to ensure batteries aren't removable... Which should arouse suspicion. 😉

This Copilot crap accompanied with BitLocker. Also the fact that every time you search for files/apps via the taskbar it sends connections to Microsoft in the background.
Lol download Windows 11 and run something to see all the connections it tries to make then compare it to Linux. Although you may need to take some kind of antiviral medication after running Windows 11 in a VM though.
