It is good to see a Jamaican having faith in his own country and not leaving it up for outsiders to reap the benefits thank you Mr Issa you are a inspiration for young Jamaicans 🇯🇲 ,it is so good to see the kids going home from school and looking happy.
Jamaica is a failed state and this man and his family elite is a part of it. This man probably don't even like black peoples but just use them to make wealth from them.
@@ThropWhy do you showcase these boasty people who act like they care about the black Jamaicans? I know you know that Jamaica is a failed state and these type of people are not going to do anything to uplift black Jamaicans.
Actually met Mr Issa when we stopped for supplies at the store, did not even know who he was, we talked about the upcoming superbowl and a few other things. Super nice guy, never would have guessed he was such a big developer in Jamaica, very cool indeed
KFC was founded by a 60 year old . He died at 90. People shouldn't stop being productive because they older. Some young people has no vision and are wasting their lives
By the way, I know it may be asking too much of Mr. Issa but Runaway Bay, St. Ann is being developed but it needs something similar to what Mr. Issa is doing. We need sidevwalk cafes, wine bars, sandwich shops and elegant spaces. There are big brand name hotels on the strip but the tourists never come out to really experience our community. There is a big new vacation type housing, over a million dollars for a condo I heard. It is almost finished and is beside our public beach. It would be nice to upscale things so we can provide decent employment for our people living here. There are so many opportunities here. We just need someone like Mr. Issa to implement these ideas. 😊😊. Can you pass it on to him please??❤
This was the spot to hang out back when I worked at Point Village Negril decades ago. I love the vision and work being done. One suggestion, get the municipality to paint in a pedestrian crossing across the vehicular entrance
Winthrop this made me teary-eyed because being Negril and knowing this Plaza, just to see someone finally bring it back to life gives me joy. Thank you Mr Lee.
Thanks Throp! This is exciting for Negril, especially the fact that this establishment will be concentrating on Jamaican produce. The Issas are really patriotic Jamaicans who do everything for the good of Jamaica.
Hope people understand that this man is as jamaican as they come despite his complexion, i dont know him personally, but I heard of the family all my life, he seem like a real patriot.

So happy to see this renovation being done on this property. Have been coming to Negril since the late 70's and have seen a lot of changes over the years when it was a quiet little village of hippies and vets. It is indeed refreshing to hear that the Prime Minister has noticed the conditions of Negril and the state of its infrastructure and lack of management. We hope the responsible parties will act expeditiously to implement the necessary improvements. As a frequent visitor who has been appalled by the state of this area, I often wondered why more of the revenues were not allocated towards this purpose. The proposed improvements will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the overall development and attractiveness of the area. Kudos to Mr Issa; his investment demonstrates a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for residents and visitors alike, which will definitely result in a significant transformation and greatly contribute to the long-term prosperity of the area.
