As someone who has been a Dementia caregiver for over ten years I can totally relate to Ms. Bailey’s story about the disabled feeling invisible. In honor of my mother I want to open up a senior wellness center in Dallas,TX. I would love to get Ms. Bailey’s advice on the best way to start one❤ Shoutout to Ms. Bailey for how she gracefully conducted herself throughout the interview.🤗

A methodical thinker with heart connected to Soul only bestowed by The Creator. She maneuvered into high financial status, with garnered know how yes yet while at the same time handling humans who are part of her team, with care beyond while for herself. A priceless example of an individual that though beyond what her worth is, her grace, her mind & heart connected and character, got her invited to partake within these professional basketball teams. I was fighting back the words but yea. he was more caught up with the business rather than her as a person behind the business so in my view it affected the flow of the interview. Troy was taking it to a a good place but Rashad just kept making it so flat with the way he asked her questions

Most successful people, from my observation, tend to solve their own problems, that’s the common denominator! She’s amazing and we can shop with her every day and would never know she’s a billionaire! Amazing! The having different accounts and if one is under a certain amount consider yourself broke play, is so smart. I’ve been so bad with money for years. Spending brings me joy 🤦🏾‍♀️😂 and broke-ness is depressing. Such a vicious cycle. Great interview!! 🔥

She had already answered that question about why she transitioned from finance to pharmaceutical sales when Troy asked again. Anyhow, as a person who has worked BOTH industries she's been in (used to work for Pfizer then I became a corporate accountant later for another company), I definitely agree that if you're trying to build and grow a family, it's better to do so with a 9-5 structured schedule as opposed to some of the timelines and deadlines that come along with various roles in the finance/accounting/broker sector. This was a great interview and I love how she gave great, full bodied responses.

Hey brothers loved this video. What this sister has built can be easily duplicated. Also I see how it can become a vehicle to Recycle Black Dollars. Give Black business people and our youth a chance to own the real estate, to manage & operate her retail outlets etc, etc. On the Holistic tip, instead of empowering the Pharmaceutical industry and supporting hospitals and devices that are used as crutches. Empower our people to live healthier longer lives by using wellness, herbalist, Naturopaths, etc. This czn help eliminate the food deserts in inner cities and lessen the morbidity rate of many illnesses such as cancer, heart disease, lupus, sickle cell and more. Then we can start our own organic farms and invest in the Black farmers across the Planet. This would turn our community to empowering in our own health and wellness and support true healing and not feed on sickness and ill health as a financial power. I anticipate your thoughts.
