Talk about kids in a candy store, always good content some really cool stuff/solutions. I had a stubborn drain valve that failed on my old Devilbiss air compressor and locking pliers, other brand slip joints did nothing but strip the rusted valve more. I finally realized I had an unused set of Knipex Cobra pliers, took off the valve with ease, German-made quality got the job done, superb pliers.
EGO needs to make a 110v adapter option for that wet/dry vac. It would be awesome to be able to have it plugged in when in the garage, and then take it anywhere on battery power. They would sell a ton of them.
The 72 tooth koken z ratchets are THE ratchets these days. Even all the tool truck RUclipsrs praise the kokens for their strength and back drag. The kicker is koken is innovative unlike tool truck brands and you don’t get the BS pricing either. The nut grip sockets and wobble extensions are great too and you need to get your hands on them.
I think Koken gives the best quality to dollar ratio out there. Also, cost aside, the quality and innovation is simply outstanding. Carefully examine the machine work, it is flawless.
Always enjoy these SEMA tours. As a German rule of thumb there are no silent letters. The e in Porsche can be used as a guide for these other names like Witte.
Ha. 44:03 when Matt says that Ego should just call him on what products to make - the Flex sales dude is just silent, doesn't even know who you are or the real reason as to why they have the stubby nozzle.
I think this was an awesome video of the new products. didn't sit there and elaborate about your company keeping it simple. And you go for the difference quality brands not the generic b.s. brands. I can see your a company of quality. I enjoy watching your shows keep up the great content 👌 👍
The Knipex Plier Wrench has taken the place of the adjustable wrench and has made them even more useless than they already were. You need to try them out.
You should check out the Barra powered Toyota Cresta on the Valvoline stand, Benny is from Australia & just won his Drag racing class at Rocky Mountain Race week.
According to Jason's video over at CSW, the EGO portable pressure washer sprayer has communicating capabilities controlling the on/off functionality. In OG sense this sucks because the OEM sprayer is an integral part to how this unit works. Honestly though, I'd take this over the Worx Hydroshot I currently use at my rental property simply because the electric cable is integrated with the janky hose and makes it difficult to get away from my detailing cart. At least with the EGO it appears you can upgrade/choose whatever hose you want to use, which is in line somewhat with what OG stands for. This unit would be a perfect option for apartment dwellers that do not have access to running water but want a decent washing experience!
Will be released as a kit in the beginning with two batteries, charger, I think 6 pads and two small bottles of their polish and compound - similar to the iBrid Nano kit. The kit will be in the ~ $900 range. No mention of pricing of the tool, 2 batteries, charger, direct cord without the pads/polish since most of us don’t need it. This was briefly mentioned on the The Rag Company SEMA 2023 Day 1 live stream
@@eurospec905 Awesome, thanks for this info! I agree that the kit with the tool, 2 batteries, charger and direct cord is what a majority of people will need.
@@KiaTia09 For the tool, 2 batteries, charger and direct cord, I would like to see a $700-$800 price range. Like @eurospec905 mentioned, the kit including pads and polishes will be ~$900 so I feel that 7-800 for the bare kit would be a good price.
