🤔 how long do you suggest it being in the frying pan 🍳? Continuously flipping a good choice? Thinness? Lol i plan to play with it a bit but was just looking 👀 for a tad bit of input ... i have a tendency to OVERCOOK everything 🤦🏻♀️ 🙏❤️🩹🙏
I have the same tendency to overcook things in a frying pan 😊 I showed my entire frying process (slightly sped up to reduce video time). I kept checking and flipping to make sure it didn’t get too done. I’m not sure about a time frame, it’s going to depend on your heat settings. First you’ll notice air bubbles starting to form then you’ll know it’s good to go when it gets airy and starts to puff up. You got this! 🫶
I will try your bread and lentil flatbread too. I use gluten free flour but I want to try some other kinds, especially the lentil bc it's keto. I also make a quick no knead artisan loaf. I don't buy bread anymore.
I’m going to try it, but I don’t use non stick pans. How do I keep it from sticking without some type of oil. I usually use avocado or olive, but I’m trying to cut oils
Just use a healthy oil like olive. I don't use non stick either but it requires oil. Doesn't take much and you need some oil in your diet. It won't release if it's not done on that side so go around the edge with a spatula and make sure it releases before flipping. Good luck. I am going to try lentil too.
If something is optional that means it does not have to be… its 2 ingredients and 3 if you want it to be… and also, nobody care what u have to say… about anything ✌️😘
What a great idea - thank you! Definitely will be doing this. 😊
🙌
Definitely! Oats are so healthy and this is so easy.
🙌❤️
I saw a video about this last week and it worked great! So great to have easy, cheap, healthy options.
🙌❤️
yes i will try this cheap and ezy way to eat bread and thx dude
No Worries!
Nice. I think I am going to use this technique to make bread AND pancakes.
Oh the pancakes tho 🙌
I did this just yesterday. I don’t keep bread in the house usually because I don’t eat a lot of bread in general, but it’s easy and tasty.
Easy and there when u need it! 🙌🔥🫶
I'm not crazy enough to be vegan but I do love good bread. Looks like a chapati. Thanks for the recipe!
Enjoy!
Can be used as a wra

Making bread is the best! 🙌🫶
I am going to try this. Might add some seasoning in.
🙌🔥 give it a shot! Adding seasoning sounds like a great idea! 💪
Wow!!
🙌🔥
Thank you. I’m gonna do this the next time I’m low on flat bread.
🙌❤️
Would this work with oat flour? If so, what would be the flour to water ratio?
I'm not sure, but oat flour is just ground oats… very similar to what we did here just skipping a step…. I'm not sure tho
@VeganFooder Thank you for the reply
i did this and made a vegan meatball gyro out of it with my veggie ground superfoods and it was fire bro
Made a gyro tho! 🙌💪🔥
Could you make this in a loaf?
I’m not sure, I haven’t thought about that yet… you could give it a try tho, see what happens 🤝
🆒
🙌
Yes I am

My apologies, I can’t help you with that one, I’m glad mine didn’t stick to the pan 😩

Maybe try baking it on parchment paper.
Ent idea the grams quantity I’m not from the us
Ok, That’s fair 👍🫶
@ u slow or what?
@@Football-knowledge1 what’s the comparison ?
This is 3 ingredients. Sea or kosher salt is much healthier than iodized salt.
If something is optional that means it does not have to be… its 2 ingredients and 3 if you want it to be… and also, nobody care what u have to say… about anything ✌️😘
there's nothing wrong with iodized salt. stop the pedantics with the *3* ingredients
They took your recipe and making it their own smh
Nah, this is not my original recipe, just passing along the information ❤️ Appreciate You Tho!
What nonsense dude. This is a pancake not bread
Go away
This is bread my friend
