gorilla tape to stitch the headliner together…. You sir, are now Pentagon certified. 😂😂😂😂😂
Did you ever upload a wiring diagram for thr holley/ msd to the oem harness?
When will you finish the Datsun bud, that's what got me started watching your work, and it's been forever now, please finish it.
He doesnt owe you anything, he'll do it when he wants too.
You have done fiberglass before so why didn't you fiberglass the headliner together?
Looking great!!!
Yellow top bro! Ok i see you. Lol
The 2nd land rover body..how much you want for it?
Glad you didn’t let this thing beat you. Never touch a landrover again! Lol
New BUILT video! Excited to see this one!
Mate i hope you get a break and it comes back flawless and you can givevit back, and getvon with what you were born to do build great cars
If it’s an LSE , then it’s 4.2 V8 , just a bored and stroked 3.5 , which is originally a US engine. It’s so basic, if you can’t rebuild one of these, please stay away from engines and try knitting
Or you just have a lot to learn @myvintageiron7512 is an AWESOME resource. He covers every part of engine building for a couple engines. And splits those into concepts that can be applied to any engine.
I like that you don't give up. Also that Fatsun has a helluva presence!
Maaco actually delivers good results when you get the full package.
Great Videos bro, enjoyed your content. I’m a Range Rover guy here in the UK. Shame I haven’t got a neighbour like you 😂 I’d keep you so busy with Land Rovers haha
Subscribed. I love what you are doing and I wish you the best, in general and with this project in particular.
Lol you need to name that thing Christine, because holy shit is it cursed!
Christine for sure! Crazy that it drove itself and the engine stayed on.
The Rover V8 is usually reliable, poor oil can see wear on higher milage ones. They were used a lot by Rover as well as TVR, MG, Morgan and more, the MOD even used them in certain Defenders and the 101 Forward control Land Rover.
Take a look at RPI engineering on here, they specialise in the Rover V8 builds. Land and Range Rovers make more sense in the UK as parts are silly cheap and plentyful, the Mk1 Range Rover was an amazing car when you consider it was launched in 1970. 👍
Most Classic collectors are buying up all the old roaches, abandoned parts cars for spares... gettin hard to find a old Classic for under $2000... i have 3 now in Wisconsin... for sale..
What engine is that? Seems like you're working with an unknown sum...A rover V8 shouldn't need spacers on pulleys etc
Next time u ever have a "runaway" engine , block the air intake .. no air, no combustion, no run .. makes safer for you ... i had a lil turbo car do that and hang up at 6500 rpms with a hood dump ... scared the fuck outta me initially cuz so loud 😅. I was able kill ignition tho on mine lol ... love the content tho brotha. Peace and love bro keep it rad stay safe and build on l8z fam and keep having fun #BuiltNotBought
One step forwards, two steps backwards, maybe time to give up 🤦♂️
What kind of Mickey Mouse channel is this?
Maybe time for you go then?
Seeing the Fatsun just sitting there is sad but I’m probably right in thinking money is keeping that project in limbo.
Glad you are doing well, thanks for another great video
I like your enthusiasm. You really have to work for it. I wish you the best, greetings from the Netherlands.
Hungry for cars!
First!!! So exciting to have a BUILT video to start my day!
Waiting for the final episode...
Hate to see the struggles you've been through but your doing it so keep it up
Keep up the good work, Kaleb! You're almost on the other side!
my uncle has always told me to avoid working on or buying one of these cars. I NOW KNOW WHY.
Aw man, talk about struggles... ugghhhh! I feel for you on this one. There's a reason these things have more than a bit of a reputation for being a PITA to work on and repair. I've avoided them like the plague personally, but I know a couple folks that really do adore them. But those same people also say a prayer when they sell one off in hopes it doesn't break down before the buyer gets it home. Anyway, about the paint: hopefully it's a good Maaco franchise location and you get a nice result. It's totally possible, though they typically have lower standards than a real restoration paint shop. Of course, you're not paying restoration paint shop money either, so as long as the compromises you end up with don't drive you insane, using Maaco is totally reasonable. Remember, they probably spray more cars in a couple weeks than any decent resto paint shop does in a year.
15:51 180 degree thermostat would be my guess? If it’s making you too nervous you can get a 160.
Should've ls swapped it lol
he can't even swap a stock motor w out creating 100s of problems...how u think an LS swap would go
Another great BUILT video 😊
Your vid just popped up and I thought to my self oh crap i never get any of his videos any more. I thought you dropped off YT. Im still subbed and got the bell but never get any of your videos. last ones I watched were about the mini wide body truck and maybe a couple after that about fiber glassing... about to go back and catch up on everything!
pull distributer wires when it wont turn off
Keep crushing it!!
Looking great!!!
Looking great!!!
Seats look great
Only you would wash & paint a wheel that's going to be 100% covered, that's one of the MANY things that puts BUILT OFFICIAL above the rest!
