Buy if you can get negotiate a decent discount, or stay on base for as long as possible - might be a dip on the way, also you can get a feel for the area, and advice from colleagues. I live near Lakenheath - enjoyed bowling there as a kid when it was easier to be a guest on the base - enjoy exploring Britain!
