    I like body weight exercises. I know exercises with equipment are fundamental as well but I greatly appreciate bodyweight only work outs. Do you think you could do a video of your favorite bodyweight only workouts? Thanks again Paul!

    Awesome man,yeah it looks and sounds like your an expert,I guess I'd consider myself an intermediate/advanced workout guy I've got a little over 8 years in and I'm trying hard to get the abs going too,but I've never tried any special diet,just a well balanced somewhat unhealthy diet probably.I appreciate your channel man think I'm gonna learn some things here.

    GUESS WHAT..?the ONLY people impressed with my abs,18” arms and my 500lb dead🏋🏽lift are ‘OTHER 👤GUYS in the gym🏋🏽. My ‘gf’👱🏽‍♀️could NOT care less…and she👱🏽‍♀️works out!

    I was eating 6 eggs for my protein!I went down to 3 ! Now I’m trying to cut them out maybe once a week. I eat either oatmeal around 11. With a banana. Blueberry. With a fruit smoothie. Or a bran cereal!

      I like to involve them at some capacity (directly or indirectly) in most of my workouts 5x/wk. However, usually 2-3 workouts have specific abdominal movements.
