I was eating 6 eggs for my protein!I went down to 3 ! Now I’m trying to cut them out maybe once a week. I eat either oatmeal around 11. With a banana. Blueberry. With a fruit smoothie. Or a bran cereal!
I like to involve them at some capacity (directly or indirectly) in most of my workouts 5x/wk. However, usually 2-3 workouts have specific abdominal movements.
