    Triceps account for three-quarters of muscle in the arm... I would add addtl. exercise then for tri's to balance out the workload.. Machine pushdowns or overhead press..

    @paulskylarxfit, when you are doing the tricep, why do you keep the palms up versus the palm down? I have seen several people do this type of triceps exercise and wondered what the benefits were over the palm down. Love your videos. Thank you.

      The reverse grip activates your entire triceps but focuses most of the tension on the medial head.

    • @irap21
      @irap21 8 месяцев назад

      Correct. Palms up hits the medial (inside) head of the triceps. I don't understand the workout. He's missing a lot of movements.

    More of a sales pitch for transparent labs. Also, using very light weight hitting twenty reps. I mean he’s not a big guy, like 170lbs so he doesn’t / can’t lift heavy, hence why he is able to do twenty reps. Just two exercises for triceps is not recommended, minimum is three per each bicep and tricep, if able add one more exercise to the tricep as it is a larger muscle than the bicep.

    If you want my opinion, all this energy deployed, discipline with creatine powder product or other all this work day after day to have a beautiful muscular body you will lose it, you will lose all your muscles, one day which is no more very far from your life, your age you are aging like everyone else and this will happen suddenly you will start to slowly weaken you will become more and more tired because the body is aging and despite all your efforts you will end up no longer having the strength you had before which will be vanished and you will have become like Arnold Schwarzenegger.All this is ephemeral, life is ephemeral.Conclusion Vanity of Vanities and pursuit of wind, who will pity the charmer bitten by the snake? do you know the answer D: person and+ we will laugh at him ha ha!! he got bitten by the snake, the idiot. But the flesh is weak and there are the consequences of having too big an ego. Word to the wise, hello!

    Isn't this too high of a volume for those not taking roids or hormone replacement therapy? Recovery will be insane for doing 120 to 200 reps for biceps and 90 to 150 reps for triceps. Furthermore, if you work arms twice a week, then we are doubling that as well. For natty, and since biceps and triceps are small muscles, it's often recommended that we keep the volume much lower than larger muscles.

    • @ee7369
      @ee7369 11 месяцев назад +6

      @@MusclesNOTtattoos very dangerous thing to say brother. Overtraining and injuries are real. It took me years, yes years, to feel normal again after over training for a little bit over a year. I used to do high volume thinking my muscles would grow but it did the opposite, and I eventually learned the hard way that you cannot train like those taking hormones. I barely had the cold before overtraining. When I started working out it was amazing, lost weight and felt great. Continued doing high volumes per week and started catching the cold every 3 months or so and my hormones felt out of wack. I took a long break, and when I started eating more and worked out less, I started recovering but it took some time. Now I do less volume and eat a bit more, and it feels better.

    • @ee7369
      @ee7369 11 месяцев назад +1

      @@MusclesNOTtattoos I may have stated it wrong. There was no injury in the sense of ripping a muscle or tendon. It's an over training type injury. The immune system and hormones started acting weird and that all came from high volume training for me without enough recovery time, and maybe not enough calories.
