The last tip about tricking yourself is so solid. "Once you understand that your mind controls your entire reality, you can conquer the world."
@Boy Its true
Wtf
Sounds like a Super Villain thing, 😂 But it's true.
A story from "The Austrian Painter"
The president is always right lol
Stop scrolling down and procrastinating. Get back to work, you got this 🙂.
Meh, I'll do my work later
You got me there 😂
😁😁
This should be pinned
You got me bruh😂
1.Learn to accept failure.
2.Increasing self compassion
3.Avoid dopamine stacking
4.Trick yourself (this is so interesting)

thx
I’m literally procrastinating by watching this video 😢
Me too lmao
Same
Us bro 😢😢😢
Same, I've got like 3 exams tomorrow lol
I knew I had procrastination, as I haven't being studying too much and spent more time playing and watching videos; and I actually do enjoy studying. Other than I tend to stress, overthink and have panic attacks out of simple things.
I know nobody is perfect but I always feel pressured and I use no social media at all, and I don't reply to some people in quite a long time.
😭u literally described my current situation
I am in a similar situation and it's nice knowing I am not alone with this. We could get through this!

Tip #3 is super important and goes so much deeper. Multitasking is nothing less than hampering your potential. Splitting attention onto different things at the same time simply increases stress and reduces the potential result. With other words: People only improve their own mediocrities. On the flip side, if you focus your attention, you get better results, you feel more fulfilled when you finish your tasks, and you feel less overwhelm. There's a reason why monks focus only on one thing at a time.
Do you know if listening to music while playing games or doing homework is dopamine stacking? Because music is in the game anyway, right? Does it stack more dopamine if you put it in ur earbuds while u play or do homework or chores?
When you reached on a level of procrastination where instead of beating procrastination (cause you've already watched tons of videos) you watch videos about procrastination
For me when it comes to procrastination, the best thing is just to make a damn schedule. I need to plan a rough schedule at the start of each week, I need to review/adjust my schedule multiple times a day, key moments being the morning review and at the end of the day, adjusting tomorrow's schedule or fleshing it out. Of course along with this, I need medium to long term goals with activities that I know will move me towards those goals.
Everything else is secondary and reliant on getting the scheduling right. Maybe for some people it's different, but for me that's it. I either min-max IRL, or I play video games and watch videos all day.
How can u make a schedule, like I can't make out plan for tomorrow or present. It's like I confuse what to do first and is that important. Can u give me tips😅.
It's hard for me to make schedules because inconveniences always happen to me 🥲
Does anyone know how to solve that?
Welp.. i procrastinate when making schedule
I am someone who deals with Self hatred and self doubt.. i was overcoming it but in last few days i was slowly reeling back to it...thanks improvement pill..i needed this
What makes me procrastinate is.... I've worked hard, many times in my life, and .... I just felt like it wasn't worth it. I got perfect grades in my master's degree, but what eventually landed me a job was nepotism. I spent months of my only free time working on starting an online etsy shop, but didn't sell a single thing. I spent so much time and effort learning about investing, but covid and the war in Ukraine and global bad economy hit right after and now I have less money than when I started. I planned on going to China for two years to experience adventure, but covid happened. I tried for 18 years to find a cure to my chronic illness, but nothing worked.
I feel like there's no point in anything anymore. Why work? Why try to become better?
Thank you so much, Pill! I really needed the first point at this stage of my life!
I just found this video and the literally first reaction I had to it was saving it to "Watch later."
"Motivation tends to follow action" I like this
Thank u so much! I needed something like this
The third and fourth one are literally life-changing, thank you so much for this!!
I was waiting for this video for so long 😩 😭 thank u so much for ur efforts 💗
to be honest.I procrastinate because my parents always think I can do better even though I already did what should I do?what can I improve?should I stop pressuring my self and just stop?or should I just give up and do my best BEST in test and more.
Thank you for making this video.
Thank you heavily for this information.
Thank u for the help :D
The problem with dopamine fasting is life becomes too depressing... Sure its more like that at first, but as long as you are using moderation and getting your work done there is no problem in engaging in dopaminergic activities
Great video 1 step ahead in life now thanks brother
Thank you for this.
Learning to avoid social media in and from social media
Tip #3 and #4 really got to me like I get distracted VERY easily as well and I’ll try to do multiple things at once whether I enjoy them or not and get pulled away from the thing I initially started. 😅
Thank you for your wisdom
I'm in high school, and they do not acknowledge this enough. You make a few slight slips, and your entire future is gone. This is advice I wish I had known years earlier

This video will live rent free in my mind
Whatever has occurred in your life absorbed those minutes, those days. They need not claim dominion over these minutes, these hours, these days.
You do have a sanctuary, but it is not one to the past. It is to the ‘you’ you’re becoming. The days will come and go, but each will be anchored with tiny steps. Each one is a testament to future possibilities.
Face forward, not backward. These brand new moments belong to you.
this is phrased so beautifully! thank you!
This video was helpful 👍👍
Awesome video title, I just saved it! Gonna watch it later today, or maybe tomorrow, actually... next weekend will do... yeah I'll never get to watch this...

If only managers did a better job understanding human behavior. Removing fear of failure can really improve the performance of your workplace.

*Saved to "Watch later list"*
The first tip is what I always do and that become a fricking problem for me since I didn't feel any remorse towards it until I really nail on the head
#1 is a solid truth
This chenel is gold mine
First two tips are useless to me because they are not my case. However, the other two ones sound very reasonable and promising. I shall try them, thx for the tips.
I'll watch this tomorrow.....
Tip 4 is quite deep if you think about it… since in a sense you brain is just chemicals and electrical synapse firing but you can still convince it to do something productive
4:18 📖 the only tip i need
Fun thing i see ther bit of Hope and Dreams in it and some other Undertale OST with Asriel at last for me.

I'll watch this later
I wish I knew these when I were 15 and when I am starting having my depression.
