Arma Hobby outdone themselves with this kit! I've also ordered their Mustang this week. 🙂 Hopefully on Monday I'll pick it up from the Post Office! Yours is looking great! 👍
Thank you for posting, IPMS 31180, The tires are flattened, but the sprue point is in that section-SMART, also the fuel tanks too. No need for aftermarket cockpit. Better than tamiya. Just wish the alerions, rudder, and elevators were seperate, Blows the academy kit away.
Thank you for your comment. Large sprue gate had no trouble. It's a very good kit. However, it was troublesome to put about 30 small decals on the cockpit.
The sprue attachments are indeed big, and removing them takes time. I used a razor saw to remove the wings and fuselage halves from the sprue. I know from some build reviews that there's a risk of gouging a piece of the leading edge, if a sprue cutter is used. And the gate is too thick for a single blade nipper, which would otherwise be good option. Unfortunately all arma hobby kits have more or less thick gates, but it's the only negative thing about them. The new ki-84 will be released soon.
This model beat the quality of all other models produced in the World so far. Watchmaking precision

I think so, too.

Again a Very nice job. The sprue gates looked a little large and thick where they connected to the parts, was that problematic ?
