The Triple H Era has been crazy. But Wrestlemania 40 season is about to be even more insane. Bc we could possibly have John Cena, Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair, Bianca Belair, Jade Cargill, The Rock, Stone Cold, Randy Orton, Aj Lee, Cody Rhodes, Roman Reigns, Becky Lynch, Rhea Ripley, & CM Punk all at the same Wrestlemania!!!
Honestly, this just proves that Triple H is better at booking than Vince McMahon. Yes, McMahon was good during the Attitude and Ruthless Agresssion era. Vince's booking went downhill during the PG era and hasn't been that great since. Triple H's matches have been better in recent years compared to old matches.
The PG Era begins (official name by WWE is Universe Era) in 2008 until WrestleMania XXX, the real downhill begun on The New Era (2016-2020). From 2020, from mid 2022, the story was Booked by Vince and Michael Hayes. His last great PPV, WrestleMania 38. And Austin Theory his last creation, until HHH stop and ruin it. HHH is not better than Vince, he have some very bad decisions, he's just more open and modern.
Triple H adding the War Games stipulation to Survivor Series was one of the best things that happened in WWE in last 10 years. Bc before that, that PLE was so dead and had completely lost its "Big 4" feel.

I was at a Mexican restaurant in Florida with a friend and his girlfriend and his roommate, celebrating my college graduation. The tv in front of me was on Sportscenter, and I read the news on the ticker at the bottom of the screen and my jaw just dropped. My friend’s roommate asked me what was I reacting to and when I explained to her the situation, she responded “you know wrestling’s fake right?” I said “Bitch, I know it’s fake but the scandal is real enough to get the most important man and owner of the biggest promotion in the industry to retire even though he’s been quoted as saying he’ll only retire when he’s dead.”
Love you man! I was just talking to one of my friends and telling him "if I could find a way to catch up on everything since I've been gone I'd watch again". Then I found this in my feed. You even covered the exact amount of time I missed since watching with the piped in crowd was too weird and I quit watching for the first time in over 25 years.

Especially when roderick strong is revealed as the devil lol
I was at the Smackdown where Jimmy and Jey turned on Roman and I’m sure it was fire watching it happen on tv, but seeing it live, and it being my first live event, it was crazy. It honestly felt like the entire arena was vibrating, and it probably was, from the crowd’s reaction. Really glad I got back into wrestling and I’m so glad that I was there in person for such an iconic moment that is and will continue to be mentioned for a long time.
2023 has been the best year for me as a WWE fan since I was 11. That 11 year old me wouldn’t believe that I was at the show in 2023 where THE ROCK returned.
i saw an ad on twitter for Sammy vs Cody in the ladder match in January of 2022. That match and ad got me back into wrestling after at least 6 years. Very very glad i’m back into wrestling and more into it then i ever was.
I know Roman's been scarce since Summerslam, but everything prior to that this year may have honestly been him at his very best, and the Bloodline as a whole. Cody Rhodes has been the most consistent star, imo. He's a big highlight all throughout the year. He already feels like a top guy, the biggest babyface, yet he hasn't won a world title yet meaning he can still go far higher. Sami Zayn, Jey Uso, LA Knight, Rhea Ripley, Dominick Mysterio, Gunther... what a damn roster. I can't freaking wait for the road to Wrestlemania.
Just found the channel. Love the content. I was at Mania 2022 and I can say the hype building up around Cody’s return was so fucking real. Between hearing “wrestling has more than one royal family”, and as a born and raised Texan hearing that glass shatter, I thought I was gonna die.
I started watching wrestling at the beginning of ‘22 at the behest of a few friends who are long time fans. Safe to say I entered at a good time. It really feels like these years are going to be known as a wrestling renaissance; from AEW’s inception to WWE firing on all cylinders again, and even the relative growth of brands like NJPW and Impact/TNA, there’s so much good wrestling out there now no matter your taste and it seems like audience exposure is only growing. Excited to see what 2024 brings!
Punk returning at Survivor Series was the biggest singular moment in WWE since Taker lost at Wrestlemania 30. The slap of the refs hand for the 3, that static. A violent reaction from your core because you were witnessing the unthinkable, your mind breaking. There's nothing bigger, in entertainment, period.
I love that I fell out of wrestling for a while and only watched WrestleMania here and there for 10 years, then come back at Punk's return to wrestling, and it only got better from there.
Was extremely lucky to go to SummerSlam ‘23, and it was my first real experience with WWE. I’ve always had a respect for everything going on in this universe, but now I love it. I don’t watch every raw, nxt, or smackdown, but I make sure to watch every major event with my dad and uncle.
The pandemic was indeed Blessing is disguise for us Atleast it brought Wrestling back to life Enjoy the HHH era guys Things are only gonna go uphill from here
As an AEW mark, Hunter's been doing a GREAT job recovering the pieces of McMahan's misdeeds from his booking and plenty more. It's beautiful to see a company like WWE who i've been a fan of since i was a kid and didn't give up on them even with everything going against them.
This might be an outlandish statement, but does anyone think that kayfabe isn't dead and that wrestlers use the fact that we live in a digital era to have a new take on kayfabe by using it to spin stories that actually aren't true but they make us believe because of social media platforms and actually staying in character beyond the various shows? Idk something about CM Punk making three separate returns in two separate companies within the span of two years kinda hints towards deeper character work for me.

MJF and Adam Cole's bromance, Timeless Toni Storm and Christian Cage's dead father gimmick have brought me back to AEW
2022-2023 has been amazing. Look at what happened: Cody Rhodes & CM Punk returning, 2 Great Wrestlemanias, The PPVs were fun to watch, MJF Nuke promo, Brawl In & Brawl Out, Judgment Day & The Bloodline, etc. I can go on and on. What a time to be alive.
The whole butterfly effect with Roman getting covid..damn I never thought it like that . Crazy man.
I know i never heard anything that Brock was supposed to beat Roman, was like what!!! 🤯
craziest moment from these years?
Punk returning to WWE and Vince retiring
Punk and rock return
Punk
Cody's return. The recency bias has made us forget how special it was.
Cena, Rock, and Punk returning in the spand of 4 months
I'm glad I got into wrestling at the perfect time. My friend had an extra ticket to the 2022 Money in the Bank in Vegas and let me go with him. I wasn't a fan prior to the event, but it all just clicked in my head and I finally understood why people love wrestling. I've been a mark ever since and I love that everything is just getting better and better.
6:50 If Roman never got Covid, Big E wouldn't be injured and probably still wrestling, the World Heavyweight title probably wouldn't be created and Cody may have finished his story by now. There is so much to this "butterfly" effect
so many different branches to it, it’s really wild
This all happened in an alternate universe
@@SuperkickStudios super kick studios your a joke man stop making this shit up with the renaissance era and stuff that’s not what it is. It’s been the PG era for almost a decade and you act like it ended in 2013 your crazy and you say your a cena fan liar.
@@SuperkickStudios you shit on Vince to much without him their would be no triple h without him their would be no WWE I know this shit that went on with the lawsuits and stuff but you got people acting like Vince was a joke. Smarten up man stop the lies.
We got the best finish to the story
WWE is the best its been since The Attitude Era and 2024 has all the potential to be their best year ever with the potential signings of women like Mercedes and Giulia + CM Punk being in WWE will make the weeklies, feuds and dream matches much more interesting and the PLEs in deifferent countries again. 👌
If HHH was able to bring back Controversy Machine Punk , then I don't see why Sasha could also return
Who is guilia?
@@Red_dead_Redemption_4_Life Giulia is a female wrestler from Stardom. One of the best female wrestlers in the world.
He needs to poach MJF for 2024. That is if MJF hasn't already resigned with AEW and just hasnt told anyone yet.
37:56 bad is an overstatement, the more accurate term is underwhelming
Unpopular opinion: WWE in late 2022 onwards have been putting the best product they've ever done.
Yes even better than the attitude era.
I don't think its an unpopular opinion because every ppv since the summer of 2022 has being bangers.
@@tharukaepaarachchi814 Most PPVs have been bangers. There's been no outright bad PPVs this year but Royal Rumble, Payback, Fastlane and Crown Jewel were the weaker PPVs this year
@@theharv1490yeah I agree but ppvs like crown jewel , fastlane , payback and usually backlash act as filler ppv's. Backlash this year was amazing mainly because of the Puerto Rico crowd.
Yeah I 100% agree. Attitude Era is so overrated to me
I caught that smokin aces thumbnail reference 👍 nice touch
idk why or how but this guy's commentary is damn entertaining
Good video. I liked how you focused on the posative things for both companies.
one of the best wrestling videos i've ever seen - great stuff
40:07 that was my first live Smackdown... there are no words to explain that moment.
The CM PUNK connection to SRK in Don! Damn😂 that was epic!
Man I love Wrestling!!!! And another banger from this guy toooooo......
I started watching wrestling in late 2009. So I can confidently say this is the best WWE has been since I've started watching.
Wooah everything is fine but that Shah rukh khan reference caught me off guard. I was cooking and wasn't paying attention but your keyword game is strong bro. Kudos to you
Id be interested in a “Nick Khan’s impact on WWE” video but idk if it falls under your usual retrospectives. I feel like he’s done a lot to restore WWE aura
WWE is the best it’s ever been right now, can’t wait to see what will happen in 2024!
This is the first full year I’ve been into wrestling full blown and it’s been great. Learning so much and being invested in so many stories. Going to all in at Wembley was incredible and I’ll always remember it. I honestly can’t wait for the next year of wrestling, it’s gonna be great. Especially when roderick strong is revealed as the devil lol
Edge should've got that world title run. His return was EPIC and he re instated his dominance ASAP. Stone Cold coming back was insane
Bhai Video bohot aacha tha . Love from India
35:48 great reference of srk bro.😂
Man! What a great recap! Really bring you all the way back through all the emotions of everything that happened!
35:48 the way you quoted SRK!!!!
The Past Two Years Have Been
Simply Incredible To Watch
I'm Hoping It Continues In 2024
I'm Here For It
Wrestling Is Back Indeed
Wrestling has been fantastic these past 2 years 🔥
Just found the channel. Love the content. I was at Mania 2022 and I can say the hype building up around Cody’s return was so fucking real.
Between hearing “wrestling has more than one royal family”, and as a born and raised Texan hearing that glass shatter, I thought I was gonna die.
I can't believe that I watched a 50min video which is all about wrestling, nice video bro and keep making this kind of videos.
Definitely man! Eversince COVID ended, wrestling received the leverage it needed and now is standing at one of the highest highs it has ever been!!
You also forgot Jade Cargill jumping ship, but there was truly a lot to talk about, so maybe that's why
That Sharukh Khan Cm punk nod was out of nowhere lol
This wrestling boom hit us and we ain even know it . we thought bullet club was peek , but it just kept going up .
These 2 years have been phenomenal for WWE.
Amazing video! It’s been wild!
You forgot about the most important thing… Dom getting released from prison!!! 😂
You’re literally a 🐐💯🔥🔥😭
The Renaissance era ay??? I like it 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I love how triple H reinvigorated wwe man. I love when a PLE comes around it's fun to be a wwe fan again
We’re in a new era of wrestling. It’s the most fun I’ve had since the Attitude Era and the quality has been Ruthless Agression era levels of good.
I love the sound of *“The Renaissance era”*
I hope it sticks
Thanks dude for dropping the masterpiece❤
Bro really didn't talk about the rise of LA Knight in the entire vid
India mentioned let's gooo🇮🇳🇮🇳
*_bro rizzing his knowledge in Bollywood and thought we never gonna know_*
I Had A Lot Fun Watching Wrestling In 2022-2023. It's Amazing To Be A Wrestling Fan This Time. Im Expecting Some Crazy Shi In 2024 Too. 💯
No
"God, I love pro wrestling"
That quote Tony schiavone made at aew all out 2021 was so special
Last year so beautiful man .
But this year I can only remember 3 things .
Dirty Dom's Rise
LA'Knight Yeah
CM Punk Cult of personality .
Masterpiece Video🙏
2024 will forever be the greatest year. Vince resigning was the icing on that delicious cup cake
I love that I fell out of wrestling for a while and only watched WrestleMania here and there for 10 years, then come back at Punk's return to wrestling, and it only got better from there.
Tony Khan firing CM Punk because he felt his safety was danger made me laugh more that it should have 😂
Another superkickstudios video is everything I needed
Was extremely lucky to go to SummerSlam ‘23, and it was my first real experience with WWE. I’ve always had a respect for everything going on in this universe, but now I love it. I don’t watch every raw, nxt, or smackdown, but I make sure to watch every major event with my dad and uncle.
Very good video man, everything spot on!
The pandemic was indeed
Blessing is disguise for us
Atleast it brought Wrestling back to life
Enjoy the HHH era guys
Things are only gonna go uphill from here
Long as Hunters health persist
As an AEW mark, Hunter's been doing a GREAT job recovering the pieces of McMahan's misdeeds from his booking and plenty more. It's beautiful to see a company like WWE who i've been a fan of since i was a kid and didn't give up on them even with everything going against them.
2024 might be the most anticipated year in wrestling in a long time
As someone who was in London, those 2 nights were insane! Mitb was the highlight of my year
This might be an outlandish statement, but does anyone think that kayfabe isn't dead and that wrestlers use the fact that we live in a digital era to have a new take on kayfabe by using it to spin stories that actually aren't true but they make us believe because of social media platforms and actually staying in character beyond the various shows? Idk something about CM Punk making three separate returns in two separate companies within the span of two years kinda hints towards deeper character work for me.
