I absolutely love the L'Oreal true match nude skin tint. I like it better than a lot of my high-end skin tints. It looks so skin-like. It doesn't sink into any lines. It's just absolutely gorgeous, and it lasts all day.
I agree too! It’s way better than my high end FULL COVERAGE foundations. I feel like there’s no creasing. I get a beautiful glow. And it’s cheaper than spending 50 on a foundation I’m not in love with. I am IN LOVE with the L’Oréal serum
With your natural pale skin color, light eyes, and cool dark hair. You look like a deep winter. Have you had color analysis done to see what season you fall into ? You always wear foundations that look too warm for you. You might look better using a neutral or cool foundation depending.
@@belindafischer2920she is , she self tans a lot. It's just looks so bad when her foundations are so yellow or orange for her natural coloring. Her natural coloring is stunning!!!!! Dark winters a lot have dark hair , fair skin, and light eyes.
Honestly, this just goes to show how product results are different on everyone. I'm 57 with fine lines and oily skin. The L'Oreal did much better on my skin, stayed on longer and didn't settle into my lines. I even returned the Maybelline. I also use about half of the amount she used for half her face on my ENTIRE face and I apply with my fingers just because I like it better. Now, I will say I've found a new primer and a new setting powder that I'm in love with. The Revlon GRIP primer is amazing for oily skin. I don't even blot my face during the day anymore and that's a first!! I also bought the O/S pink setting powder and I'm thrilled. I set everything with Charlotte Tilbury setting spray. Just my honest opinion from this southern Mississippi woman living in 100 plus degrees and swimming in super high humidity.
I love the loreal. I prefer it to my Estée Lauder double wear. I love how light it is on the skin and I am pale the palest colour is the perfect colour and not orange like some can be. Such a good price too and my skin can be dry in tzone and struggle with my nose being patchy. But it goes on like a dream and hydrates my skin ❤ xx
I'm just happy that there, are so many amazing foundations at the drugstore! The Maybelline side definitely looked better on you, actually, it looked stunning!!
I just bought the L'oreal one so I will give it a go. After the 8 hours, Maybelline definitely held up better on your skin. I'd be keen to give that one a go if the L'oreal doesn't work out for me!
I just purchased the Maybelline skin tint 2 days ago and I am so happy with it. I've just applied it with my fingers as I would a moisturiser. It looks just as good at the end of my workday as it did when I first applied it this morning. I'm 54 and going through menopausal "power surges". I'm yet to try the Loreal version so I can't comment on that.
I have tried both the maybelline and L’Oréal skin tints and I have to say I prefer the coverage of the maybelline but I get oily quicker. The L’Oréal seems to last longer without touch up on my combo oily skin. However I started noticing I was getting breakouts on my cheeks which has never happened before so I think the L’Oréal one broke me out which is a shame because it’s lovely. Maybelline is the clear winner for me 🥰
I have combo oily skin. I bought both of these but for me the Loreal worked WAY better than the Maybelline one. Maybelline made me look quite greasy. And yes, I used powder and setting spray so I had to return the the Maybelline one. I love the Loreal. When I mix it with my high end foundations my face looks sooooo gooood! 👍👏🥰
I have mature textured skin, and the LTM works beautifully. I apply it thinly, don't powder over it, just put it over my moisturizer and allow it to do it's thing. It evens out and brightens my skin without caking up. If I want more coverage, I mix a tiny bit of hydrating concealer in for specific areas and keep it thin everywhere else.
I took the L'Oreal in the medium shade and I must say that I like it a lot, I have no imperfections but some post-acne red spots and some redness on the cheeks which this serum covers perfectly. The color is perfect for naturally tanned skin or with self-tanner as in my case, I then apply a concealer on the dark circles and a layer of powder to finish the base.
Great review! I tried the L'Oreal and it looked good initially but then oxidized to a horrible yellow shade. I switched to a lighter shade with no improvement. I am looking forward to trying the Maybelline.

I love the Loreal one, its thin and so lightweight but lasts all day on my oily skin, now it creases in my smile lines, so i use a tiny amount, i like low coverage... but i didnt try the Maybelline 😅 ❤
Being an oily girl, I would going with Maybelline because of the wear time and better shade match on that side. Also your pores were less prominent on that side.
From the L'Oréal one i really love BB Cream Age perfect the original true match and the infallible. The skin tint doesn't wear great on my combo skin and it sits in my fine lines! Most of the Maybelline foundations are awesome, really works on me , i just stay away from the dewy ones , i might try this new skin tint❤. You look gorgeous, Nikkia! 😊
I think Maybelline looks smoother. For my drier skin I mix both. The Maybelline for extra coverage & longevity, the L’Oréal for moisture. Perfect combo
Nikkia, can you pleaaase review the new Estee Lauder Futurist Skin Tint Serum Foundation. I love your reviews so much and I often buy what you recomment ❤
It’s way better than my high end FULL COVERAGE foundations. I feel like there’s no creasing. I get a beautiful glow. And it’s cheaper than spending 50 on a foundation I’m not in love with. I am IN LOVE with the L’Oréal serum. I have been curious about the maybelline version. I used to use the bare minerals complexion rescue in the stick as well as the tinted moisturizer and dare I say that I love the L’Oréal more?
I haven’t used the L’Oréal one…but interested in your thoughts on the mcobeauty skin tint… I much prefer the mcobeauty skin tint to maybelline.. makes my skin look so dewy and perfecting.
I love both of them so much. They last very well on my oily skin, and I think the Maybelline is a bit glowier. And the L’Oreal I need two shades mixed together to get my perfect shade, whereas in Maybelline I have my perfect shade. But I keep both and use them a lot.
I’m on my 3 bottle of the L’Oréal and love it, but will give Maybelline a go because my only criticism on the L’Oréal is that it can rub off after a long sweaty day. I’d love you to do a test wear of the Nude by Nature liquid foundation.
I’ve heard mixed reviews on the Maybelline one, especially on mature skin, I have the L’Oréal one but I’ve been put off purchasing the Maybelline one because of the not so good reviews for mature skin, You look Beautiful as always Nikkia and you really couldn’t notice a difference between the two from what I’m watching your video on, I love the lipstick shade, can you tell me what that is please or I’ll check in your description box to see if you mentioned it…Cheers from Nellie xoxo 🩷🩷🇦🇺
I got so excited when I saw you made this video! 😅 I’ve been debating which foundation to buy between these two and been looking at different reviews for a while. But I really only trust your reviews so now I can finally buy the Maybelline skin tint foundation 😃 thank you for testing both of these side by side!
Maybeline all the way for me it has been really standing up to the heat here in Houston. Very little transfer and no creasing on me. And the heat has been in the three digits. I tired both with primo no good. Now I only use face lotion and turns out fabulous.
I’m a tad biased but I love the Maybelline. I’m currently using Maybelline and I have mature skin at 60. Really nice for dry skin too. Price is a no brainer 💖
I still love the L'oreal infallible freshwear liquid foundation. It has been updated in formula. It's now labelled 32 hour wear and infused with not just Hyaloronic acid but vitamin c and is amazing. I can mix it with a glow product or a moisturiser and it becomes a skin tint. On it's own with a sponge it medium natural looking coverage and with a brush, I can build her up to full glam coverage. In my opinion if I could only own one foundation from drugstore or high it, it be her. She is the most versatile foundation I have ever used. Xx
I tried both and I have normal skin texture (not the glassy smooth one) and Loreal is much better for me! Maybelline tends to look matte and dry on me. I have combination oily skin.
I use them both regularly. the Maybelline did not perform as well for me this morning, but I think it was the loreal pore reducing primer. so took it all off and used the Loreal nude without primer. :)
Thanks for the test and in depth results. Looks good on your - nearly perfect - skin. What I am always wondering about is, that initially both foundations are way off your natural skin color. In the end everything is even, but it is a different color all over, than it would be without foundation. Should a good foundation not come very close to the original skintone? I have tried both myself and I like the maybelline better. Bt there are too much yellowish tones for my likings, because I find that most skins of "white" people are more pinky than yellow.
So glad someone did a video Loreal vs Maybelline, tho I believe it comes down to everyones unique skin texture, condition, shade, age factor, etc. Both look good on you. Love your accent. I'm in Texas so everyone outside of Texas has an accent.
M&co have brought out a hylauronic serum and it’s weirdly similar to the L’Oréal serum (the bottle is even the same). Would be awesome to see them side by side because I can’t see a difference on my skin type (basically the same as yours!)
The Maybelline looks lovely for about an hour…& then it morphs & I end up looking 10 years older then I already do. Lines you can not normally see come out. Such a bummer.
I loved the L'Oreal, then decided to try Maybelline out of curiosity. Big mistake! I'm 56 and it shows every wrinkle and pore and doesn't seem to blend well. Perhaps it's fine for young skin, but I'd avoid the Maybelline if you're over 50.

I found that although I love both, the L’Oréal has a breakout causing ingredient which has caused me to get breakouts on my cheeks which never happens to me and I don’t have sensitive skin. The maybelline vitamin c is near the bottom of the list so the concentration will be very little so shouldn’t cause irritation ☺️

I love your videos. My only request would be when zooming in to get a look at finish if it's at all possible to have you not move or talk for a stretch longer so it gives camara time to adjust and viewers a chance to take it in. This might not be possible and others may find this boring but I know I'd personally love it. Really appreciate your content.
Its really interesting to see this. I am 40 and oily skin with large pores and texture. I actually found the maybelline one to be very high in alcohol (like the fumes stung my eyes a little) and it was very dehydrating on my face and amplified fine lines making them appear more pronounced than they really are. That for me was an unacceptable result. The L'Oréal one however, so hydrating and smooth as a baby's bum on my skin. It's one of my favourite foundations ever, better than my Charlotte tilbury and hourglass foundations. Weirdly it doesnt shine me up after a day of wear. I think the hyaluronic acid actually helps to hydrate my skin which reduces the oil overproduction (obviously i use good skincare underneath too). Oily skin needs humectant based hydration to prevent the excessive oil production so it seems to work like that on me. The maybelline one is definitely heavier and i can feel im wearing it, it sucks the life out of my skin as the day goes on. I cant help feel its designed more for teenagers who need a super robust foundation for oily skin where the alcohol content doesnt amplify lines cos they dont have any
Neeeeeeed to know what brush that is. Looks like my kind of foundation brush! 😍😍🥳 P.s I legit can’t tell a difference between them, they both look dope af
I just purchased the Maybelline skin tint last week and tested this out.I have a lot of compliments on how my skin look. Held up over 10hrs on my oily skin. Thumbs up Maybelline❤
I love both of these products but the both achieve different results. Maybelline is for longevity and with Vitamin C being the key ingredient they way it will improve the skin over time is to brighten and tone the skin. The L'oreal key ingredient is hyaloronic acid to hydrate, plump and prevent aging. Both products have long term benefits so will wear differently on the skin depending on your skin concerns. If you have breakouts or scars from blemishes or even age spots. Maybelline. If you have dry dull skin and want to prevent moisture loss and ageing, L'oreal. Maybelline would be better for normal to oily, L'oreal normal to dry but both will be great for anyone. ❤❤
Holy orange! Also, is no one going to educate her on the risks of rubbing that applicator all over her face? Nearly 1 million subs, yet not one individual noticed? Yikes!
I absolutely love the L'Oreal true match nude skin tint. I like it better than a lot of my high-end skin tints. It looks so skin-like. It doesn't sink into any lines. It's just absolutely gorgeous, and it lasts all day.
Agreed. It is my favorite as well. The Maybelline is pretty good too though. I’ve only used it once so I’m unsure I love it yet.
I agree too! It’s way better than my high end FULL COVERAGE foundations. I feel like there’s no creasing. I get a beautiful glow. And it’s cheaper than spending 50 on a foundation I’m not in love with. I am IN LOVE with the L’Oréal serum

Thank you! I'll try that primer!! I'm 48 with fine lines And mainly oily skin still!

I had the opposite result w these two foundations.
Thank you for doing God’s work!
So that's going to be a no for the mascara. 😂 Initially both "foundations" look lovely.
GOOOO MAYBELLINE!!!!
Maybelline
Holy orange!
Also, is no one going to educate her on the risks of rubbing that applicator all over her face? Nearly 1 million subs, yet not one individual noticed? Yikes!
