That is an editing error, lol. I had selected the horse licking the screen as my outro (one of my several outros in my collection) and then changed my mind and picked a different one. Apparently I didn't delete it properly! Good eyes!!!

You can also grate your cold butter that would melt faster. This looks so so good. I wonder if I sub my sugar replacements if it'll be way too sweet.
Yes the grated butter would have been better. The problem with sugar replacements is that they don't caramelize like the brown sugar :(
