Eventhough complete balance is there still Every month my second settop box give wrong message that you have insufficient balance and account gets deactivated and I have to call helpline to fix it which takes one day to resolve. Tataplay is always having technical issues everytime and I am fed up now. They are charging so much fees and give such bad service. Regretting of having tata play. I am gonna shift to other service provider. They don't have permanent solution on this problem.
