Born 5 days after this concert. I wanted to get out earlier for it, but I guess my mother didn't approve.
Man, That's some seriously funny shit.
Damn, you missed a great show!
Ha, i bought this VHS at Atomic Records in 1992. I had to buy it twice, a friend's mom recorded soaps over my first copy =o[
To prevent rerecording, you remove the pull tab on the VHS cassette.
It's refreshing to see footage of a great band without a sea of phones.
Those distractions suck.
En Esch made such an Incredible front man for KMFDM.I'ts a shame he didn't stick around.:(
To me this band is really nothing worth listening to without Raymond Watts or En Esch
They were the guys carrying it. Sascha K is a good frontman purely because of his charisma, not actually being good.
@@sunburnedshirts3724 i sadly agree with you.
Guenter too!
God they are so raw and noisy in this show. I first saw them in 1992 and it was amazing.
This is great footage of classic KMFDM. Though I didn't discover them until 1993. No, it wasn't because of Drug Against War. I ended up with a copy of Money that I bought at Sam Goody cause I liked the cover art. It ended up being a purchase that changed my life. I have been a fan since. Sadly, I never got to see them live until 1997 when they toured for Symbols, but that too was a great show. Though I would have killed to been a part of a show like this!
Cool
if you got a shirt from that tour ill buy it!!!
Symbols was my first tour, too. I was in 8th grade, and it was like my third concert ever. Amazing.
Didn't Rammstein open that tour?
I was at this show!!!!!
A friend of mine had taped an interview of them on 120 minutes to introduce their video for Drug Against War. Shasha did most of the talking, En Esch just stared at the camera like a cannible. I wish i still had that tape. Remember tapes?!
I was at this show! My first time seeing KMFDM. I also have this on VHS. Got it at Atomic Records. Believe they were the ones responsible fir recording it.
That's so fucking cool! Is there have pics posted anywhere of the physical product? I'm curious what this actually looked like as a physical item. I didn't even move here until 2004 and even I miss Atomic Records!
I miss Dorona Alberti. She was the best female vocalist for KMFDM. Just listen to ANGST. Jennifer Ginsberg was good too.
So is this Christine Siewert in this one?
This is one of the absolute best live recordings of a band ever.
GEN X We are still here, we are still pissed and we are coming for YOU!!
This is KMFDM in it's Purest form,Classic footage. Thanks for the upload!
looks like Sascha, En Esch, Gunter Schulz and Dorona Alberti. thanks for the upload. i wish there was a full set from like 1996-1999 with the entire KMFDM entourage. this band was and always will be boss AF.
Absolutely amazing recording. Cannot believe I'm only seeing this now. 👏👏👏
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck... I would have killed to have seen KMFDM with En Esch. This is an amazing upload, thanks!
Dorona Alberti will always be the best KMFDM female vocalist ever.
I love KMFDM but I was 10 when this tour was happening and it would have scared the shit out of me.
Atomic Records had a bootleg VHS at the front counter. Sooo good.
Ah, just what I needed after a hard days work. Time to let lose and headbang some \m/
I was there got sick as hell, but good time though!
Holy shit, thank you so much for the upload!!!
xoxo omg best live video recording to date? yes
Very good band .riff are wonderfull and also drummer and bass
I saw Mtv play their video "A Drug Against War" quite a few times. That is the only one though, that I've seen Mtv play.
They played Son of a Gun on 120 minuets. Matt Pinnfield hosted w/Bush as guests. Never forgot that episode.
piggybank and split sound badass with the added guitars
My god is en ensch intense on friede
AHHHH the originators of Industrial Rock
Megatron Approves
Was there. Got slammed, punched, ball grabbed, lifted up (yeah thats me in the front row), molested, finger popped.....but yet best concert Ive been to
Was it really that rough?
did you actually get molested at the show?!
@@nihil7647 it's possible
EN ESCH IS KMFDM!!!!
I'ts funny how much Sascha looks like Rick Okasek From the cars here.
They played two different versions of Godlike in the same set? wow!
You could never have to much KMFDM, just to littel ;)
I was born exactly 3 months after this show.
Biggest of thanks for uploading this man man =) It´s worth a ton of gold to me! And for alot of other people to I bet =) cheers!
Headbanger's ball ran the video for "Son of a Gun", but bleeped out the line "Shit for brains". KMFDM had MTV pull it if they refused to play it uncensored.
My favorite play all day
Thx 4 upload !!!
Imagine if u were at the eagles ballroom or the rave in Milwaukee when a kmfdm show and a Dogg pound show left at the same time
I get to see them on March 16th. So fricking excited.
100 minutes back in the day aired Son of a Gun!!! I never missed an episode.
I wasn't at this show! Seen them a dozen times though.
Incredible video, incredible video. Wow.
Hehe, as I thought =) That would be the one and only time that I can recall KMFDM ever beeing on MTV. And that was way back In the early 90s (If Im not wrong).
So yeah, KMFDM are pretty Anti MTV xD Thx for the upload btw =) epic shit!
This deserves wayyy more views imo.
wow dont blow your top absolutely rocks
still watching you!
wow what a party. I would have killed just to be there.
The live version of Naive they play at this concert is actually better than the studio recorded version, too bad the bass is missing.
The original juke joint Jezebel
Well I'll be damned. But I bet that KMFDM stayed away from MTV after that xD
yes, on 120 minutes they did an interview in 1991 or so.
Epic
She was only 16 in 1991. I don't know if Dorona EVER toured with them.
epilepsy for all
You're def not wrong, but isnt it Christine Stewart in this vid? I dont think Dorona actually toured with them.
It sucks that I was 8 when this happened. I missed some cool shit back in the day. >_
Wow, really? Cool! =) But that most have been back In the early 90s right?
Now that I think of It. Has KMFDM ever been on MTV at any point? I could be wrong, but hasn't KMFDM always been anti MTV and pop?Just a thought that struck my mind right now.
Drug agaisnt war on beavis and butthead, although kmfdm didnt like it.
Where can i see a pro shot gig . Anyone ever shot one . Dont care what decade . Please help i lovde them
Hm you may be right. Dorona may have been too young to tour in '91.
Damn..I've seen KMFDM a million times, but I wish I could have seen them in their prime...KMFDM SUCKS
Maybe I had to be there, but I'm just not really digging the sound quality on this. I wish 90% of the sound wasn't isolated to the right speaker, and it seems like the music completely lacks bass for some reason.
Anacrusis was the best band there.
No cremation
I should say nein creation
I'm sure it was hijinx
Does anyone know what is the song played from 0:00-1:30 it sounds like a full version song but I don't know what it is. Is that a mix? I don't know all the songs from KMFDM.
Hey there! That's the Thrill Kill Kult remix of "Naive", ruclips.net/video/seeSEu_JsOM/видео.html

Their youthful energy really brings out the suckiness in their music.
