Editing is always a chore when you're trying to pump out some videos. The footage on the new Sony and the audio from the new mic look and sound great! The gimbal is a good idea as the in-camera stabilization won't cut it. The gimbal is going to go a long way to making your footage look smoother. Love seeing you in front of the camera for a change! I don't think anyone loves wearing a helmet. I was the same way but I started wearing them for my family. My wife was like, what if something happens to you? So even if I look ridiculous, I'm gonna wear one. Life is too short to take chance as you never know what can happen on a ride. I am posting a new video tomorrow on a new TLD helmet made for e-bikes and that sucker is way bigger on your head! You won't like that one! Haha! Love the rebranding and I'm looking forward to more of your videos!
The Crane gimbal is garbage. I've already ordered the new DJI mini. More expensive, but I'm certain it will be WAY better. Looking forward to the new video!
I bought the medium because it was sized correct for my head size but when it came I couldn't even get a quarter of it on. So I had to cut out over half of the rear and front padding, now it fits great. If you're planning on getting one of these (I have the unrated foam version) I'd go at least one size up.
You look good on both! I think we just not use to see ourselves with helmet on. From a 3rd person point of view, you look great. In fact they look like having same size shell
I'm not into mountain biking anymore because I shattered my elbow. First, I assume you don't want a full helmet with face guard. If not, I think the certified one would be alright. The one with foam is more comfortable, but all that foam soaks up the sweat and it gets gross pretty quickly when you're sweating a lot. The certified one is less comfortable, but safer and doesn't soak up as much sweat.

I know I blink a lot. I got gasoline in my eyes when I was a kid. I blame it on mowing lawns!
