@@Kasekuchenmiterdbeerenyeah but there are leak and problems anyway over the time. In US they made house with wood but it’s easier to repair something inside when it breaks but here in Europe you have to break down everything if the wall is in full bricks
@@marcozanotto726 It's quite rare to have a leak actually. 90% of the houses here the plumbing is cemented into the walls or floor. If leaks where such a common problem architects wouldn't design buildings that way due to responsibilities.
And IF a leak happens you chisel the tile out, chisel the brick/cement until you're at the leak to repair it, then cement the hole and put a new tile in. In this case yeah, the whole tile needs to be replaced. But a 30x60 tile is much more common then the monstrosity in the video.
But and the end you can still do something but in US its enought blow little bit and your house is not anymore there 😂🙏im joking...

Great job though a couple of concerns. The central mosaic runs into the shower territory. That's a bid odd. Plus the washbasin next to the toilet. Again, odd.

Изначальный ремонт был куда качественней. Возможно сделанный американцами для американца.

@@mihailrus8152 это совершенно не волнует современных мастеров . Ни мастера ни дизайнеры ..никто не думает о функционале .
У соседей выкладывали плиткой ванную комнату . В стене оставили два круглых отверстия . Одно для центрального главного вентиля, другое для окошка счётчика воды.
Это было пару лет назад . В этом году счётчик перестал крутить . Решили менять а как никто не знает . Я посоветовал снять всё и сделать люк смотровой как у всех . И желательно большого размера. Соседка говорит что не собирается смотреть на какие то дверцы . Типа не для этого делали такой ремонт.
Потом всё таки решились ломать . Вызвали плиточника сняли плитку , купили люк смотровой .
Стали закрывать вентиль а он не крутится . Он от времени прикипел сильно . Его не подцепить ничем потому что под барашек тоже вырезано отверстие сантиметров 10 диаметром . И оно находится на другой стене от места где всё сломали Надо ломать и там .
Они решили перекрыть стояк своих квартир в подвале. Пошли туда и вывернули кран вместе с сердцевиной. Хотя нашему дому только 12 лет . Видимо уже всё сгнило.
В итоге стояк не перекрыть . Воды в подвале страсть сколько . Пришлось перекрывать полностью весь корпус дома . И это при том что у меня были ключи от нашей бойлерной как у одного из людей ведущих наше ТСЖ.
Итогом всего этого стал повод заменить полностью трубы в подвале на пластик всю систему водоснабжения всего дома.
Два месяца работ и всё . Нет худо без добра . Но припизднутыхххх на всю голову людей которые не думают о функциональности я с тех пор готов поднять на вилы.
Так это потому что не американцам делают, а своим мигрантам. Те привыкли ка на родине, вот и делают подобие.

Сочетание цветов - редкостное ... Тёплый пол - нахрена делали вообще непонятно. на такое маленькое помещение 1 радиатор под окном и дешевле (коллектор отдельный не нужен), и эффективнее. Ванну убрали и поставили вместо неё неудобную душевую кабину. Пожалеете потом. Обычное ДСП в качестве тумбы для мебели, не влагостойкое. Разбухнет и сгниёт во влажной комнате. В общем отстой
Там разводка все на коллектор примерно по цене как все остальное) Имея нормальный инструмент такой формат пришпавндорить дело техники,тем более там их целый табор судя по видео)
