  • Are you looking to stay youthful and energetic as you age?
In the latest episode of The Habits & Hustle podcast, I sit down with Dr. Adeel Khan and discuss the cutting-edge world of regenerative medicine. New technologies like gene therapy, stem cells, and exosomes may help slow down aging and heal injuries in ways that go far beyond conventional medicine.
Dr. Khan explains how therapies like Follistatin gene therapy decreased biological age by 11 years on average in a clinical trial. He also covers mitochondria-boosting peptides, engineered exosomes for skin rejuvenation, and stem cell treatments to reduce inflammation and chronic diseases. This is a must-listen for anyone interested in the future of anti-aging and healing treatments.
Dr. Adeel Khan is an expert in musculoskeletal medicine, pain medicine, and regenerative medicine such as Stem Cells & PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma).

Totally brilliant work being done by this clinic and Dr and it’s where we need to move towards as preventative healthcare but the costs are currently over $30k USD and take place in Dubai or Mexico for a knee treatment.

Really enjoying this! My only question that I wish hosts would ask is about actual patients results. Not naming them obviously but like, what conditions have you treated and successfully addressed. I just find a lot of this is still very new. Which it is. But all very exciting. 👍🙌

Kudos for doing things other than surgery and drugs. The one thing The DONT NEED is to " standarduse " the field and turn everything over to ANA UNION AND the narrative that other doctors like DOs DCs NDs PA NO s have no role to play SO AMA can have a monopoly and target alternative practitioners

It's not illegal in the USA. Follow Dr. Joy Kong. If a body is really compromised, full of inflammation, older, and more senescent cells than the average individual, automobile therapies are not an optimal treatment. Thank you for all your informative content. I wished more western trained practitioners would educate themselves in regenerative medicine. I had to go overseas for UC MSCs for fibromyalgia, osteoarthritis, and ddd of my C-spine and L-spine.

@@renadempsey842 Because of my extensive and chronic issues, I searched for clinics that had a neurosurgeon specialist, nutritional specialist, sports medicine specialist, internal medicine physician, and physical therapist as well.
I was an athlete all my life...fibromyalgia most of my adult life but not until 2015 did this condition receive an ICD-CM code, which is a very long time because I suffered from this in the late 70s....yes, I'm telling my age here. About 3 months ago, my body, from the years of weight training, sports, etc....my body basically collapsed from osteoarthritic, Fibromyalgia, and ddd( degenerative disc disease). There are some great practitioners in the USA, but I decided on BioXcellerator.

@@renadempsey842 Because it takes 3 to 6 months....sometimes up to a year, to get full regenerative responses from injections/intrathecal as well.....most patient receive an initial calming down of inflammation, which definitely relieves a lot of pain because inflammation is the precursor to most all autoimmune issues and diseases. I'm only a month out, but my C spine is significantly better, knees do not hurt while climbing stairs, and my very painful osteoarthritis....has calmed down quite a bit. Waiting for my 3 month post treatment and will have another consultation with the medical team. Never had such amazing care in my life. Western trained medical professionals need to jump out of their comfort zone and educate themselves in regenerative medicine.
I use a class IV laser to help with the stem cell treatment, RLT, and NI/IR sauna are alk part of my personal post treatment add ons. In addition, I see a practitioner for softwave treatments. I can provide updates regarding my progress if you'd like!

@renadempsey842 I interviewed with a few clinics in the USA and a few international ones. I found BioXcellerator to have a variety of well established, knowledgeable, and experienced specialists that I needed for all my issues. BioXcellerator. 😊

Is Dr Kong from Los Angeles?

Please don’t go to Utah that doctor scammed me. I paid so much money for basically nothing. If any of you are interested and have the financial means to get stem cells don’t do it in the US, specially in Utah. I later found out that this doctor in Utah was not even an MD. Unfortunately, I went to him because I heard about him from Dave Asprey and Ben Greenfield podcast.
I find Dr khan honest and very knowledgeable. I would definitely go to him for Stem Cell Therapy.
